What a great service
What a great service, ordered tests the week before our travel date, they arrived within the time frame stated. Took the test 24 hours before travelling, straightforward return of results via the portal, certificate received with in the hour.
P.s the Kit ID is above the bar code that you scan to access the portal I looked everywhere for it.

DO NOT use this company
DO NOT use this company. I ordered a test to board a train to Paris tomorrow (Sunday morning). The test promptly arrived, I took it and got a negative result. When I tried to submit my result I received an email from them with a link. When you click on the link the system asks for a SAMPLE/KIT ID NUMBER. There isn't any on the kit, there is just QR code. I have sent them 3 emails asking for advise. Didn't get any reply. Tried to scan the QR code via the GOV.NHS site, the result came that it is an incorrect code. I've got to catch a train to Paris tomorrow morning and I don't have a test.

Excellent service. Tests arrived the day after ordering and we were kept informed on time of delivery and when they had been delivered. Instructions easy to follow and results were sent within 15 minutes of uploading the photo of the test results

We were at Santander and needed a certificate to board the ferry as we had misunderstood that with a self test you still need a certificate. We purchased the service
although no one was there at our alloted time, someone called at the last minute and was able to send us the certificate.

Last minute plan to visit France
Because I had to travel to france at very short notice, and currently travellers to France from the UK need to produce a "fit to travel " covid test certificate, I needed a test kit urgently, I quickly searched on line for companies supplying the test kits and soon realised the vast price discrepancy between different companies offering the the exact same thing. I really needed the test kit delivered the next day, I found that Indigo Travel could deliver the kit the next day if I ordered it by midday (it was the weekend), and at a fraction of what some other companies were quoting. The next day I received a text saying that the kit would be delivered between 12.05-1.05pm, and at exactly 12.05 the kit was delivered. The instructions were simple to follow, I photographed the sample results along side my passport, e-mailed it to Indigo Travel, I immediately received confirmation that they had received the image, and about 30minutes later I received my certificate to confirm that I was fit to travel, on my arrival in France the next day, French immigration asked for proof of my covid19 test results, and just waved me through on inspection of the certificate. Very impressed with both the service and price, thank you. 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

Super fast!
Omg you're a life saver! My covid app is screwed and I can't get the certificate so had to get a test. Left it last minute but found these guys doing a dispatch EVERY DAY! ordered 8pm Saturday they sent it Sunday and I got it Monday!! Not only that after submitting results got my email with certificate within 10 minutes. Amazing! Pleased to have purchased 2 one for going away and one coming back (both antigen/LFD tests).
Thank you so so much. I'll be definitely buying again with you in future if needed.
