A mistake, sorted
I was happy with the simple I structures and the quick service. I gave 4 stars because they sent my an attachment that was not the certificates. If I had not realised in good time I might have been prevented from flying.
When I told Indogo the problem, they sorted it immediately. So I am pretty happy, but always check and double check, is my advice!

Only point I would make, they in common with many other websites/information, including govt, mix and match terms which can be quite confusing, calling the test by one name then in a different part, referring to it as something else.

They claim post office return is…
They claim post office return is possible but they dont send out prepaid post office labels, and with bio material priority post boxes are outside the post office so one cant pay the postage over the counter. I booked two tests, and living in a rural area had to drive 40 miles to their drop point.
