Excellent service, fast delivery, easy results

Had problems uploading my result but after a quick email explaining my problem, Claudia got back to me and sorted the issue out promptly.

Since my flight was really early in the monrning the day after my test and not able to process my certificate caused so much stress and unnecessary worry so your quick response made me feel stressfree once again :)

Quick and efficient, easy to use

I wasn’t able to locate my scan code when receiving the tests. They were very tolerant with me when come to find out it was left in the packaging, even offering to send me replacements!
Can’t ask for anything more. So far this is a very trusted company.

What an amazing service! I misread the instructions and uploaded wrong image to my registration. Panicked, I emailed them and lovely Claudia sorted it within minutes! Had my certificate in less than an hour from the test!

Really good, competitive price. I felt confident ordering them, the site gives good advice on which countries may accept it! Also when we had troubles with the website, someone got back to us via email ASAP even on a Saturday evening to manually sort our problem - which I’m sure is a rareity in itself ! Fantastic, very happy with the service, but a shame we had a prob with the website.

Needed the code in order to get into the country. Had the test delivered to where I was staying in UK. Never actually received my test. Had to buy another one once I was here. This all pretty seems like a big scam by the government.

The whole process worked well. Tests arrived day after ordering and test result came first thing in the morning after sending late the previous evening. Definitely recommend. Just one small suggestion. Initially I had difficulty registering and sending photo of test result. This was because I had not completed the time field properly. It would have been helpfully to receive a prompt at that point to highlight issue. All good in the end.
