Alick Peng is the best tour organizer in the business. He went over and above to satisfy me and my wife’s tour requirements. He organized a fantastic 2 week tour of Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. Three weeks of daily new experiences.
Over 3 weeks and all proceeded like clockwork. Fantastic organisation by Alick. Email responses very quick throughout. Amazing experiences and we particularly enjoyed the homestay lunch...ask for more of these. Lots of temples but each one different to the last. Be warned...Halong bay can be very very busy on excursions and we would spend more to avoid crowds another time. Cannot fault tour company...plenty of opportunity to make tour fit you.
We really liked the smaller, more friendly hotels and should have asked for these.

Thank you Odyssey for making our Vietnam/Cambodian tours a fantastic experience. From the first phone call to Ms Liz Ling at Odyssey to our last day in Cambodia. With the help from Ms Ling in organising our 20 day Vietnam tour followed by our 6 day Cambodian tour our holiday ran smoothly and without a worry. Allison did a great job setting up a trip for us. Ion my own I was struggling and failing to squeeze Vietnam, Phom Pen, Siem Reip into an 8 day trip. An excellent tour of Cambodia
We had an excellent tour of Cambodia, organised by Odyssey. The guides were very attentive and knowledgable, and the transport and accomodation was excellent. Mr Sorn, our guide in Siem Reap was the best we have ever had, truly a wonderful guide. Bryant Yang was our tour organiser. He was efficient and courteous. We changed our minds and added in extra requirements, and Bryant made the arrangements swiftly and accurately, and he was polite and attentive at al times. We are thinking of doing another tour with Odyssey, and have recommended them to our friends already.

Our Travel Agent was Superb!!
First I want to thank our travel agent Liz Ling for customizing our travels to Southeast Asia. It was one of my most memorable trips. Ms. Ling helped us plan every detail and taught us so much. She covered everything from cultural etiquette, governmental rules and safety concerns. One of our problems was with our hotel in Luang Prabang. After the manager would not correct the problem when we brought it to his attention, one call to Ms. Ling and the problem was rectified to our satisfaction. Ms. Ling not only contacted the manager but called to follow up with me and my traveling companions.
Hotels recommended: I would definitely stay at 4 of the 5 hotels again. Giving them an average of 4.5 rating.
Guides and drivers: All of them were above satisfactory except in Hanoi.
Overall: I look forward to travel with Indochina Odyssey Tours in the future.

Amazing trip- with amazing support!
I would wholeheartedly recommend the Indochina Odyssey tour company and in particular Liz Ling as the very best Travel Consultant. I travel extensively for work- been to 99 countries overall- often troubleshooting issues as I go. When we decided to travel Southeast Asia with the family- I did NOT want to troubleshoot issues- I wanted to relax. Liz had our backs from the very beginning and right through the trip. I was exacting in what we wanted to do and when- and it was an epic trip 5 countries- 4 weeks- nearly 20 flights. None of it was a problem for Liz. When something didn't work- Liz would recommend another way of doing it. And during the trip she monitored what was going on if there were snags or something got canceled due to weather during the trip she worked quickly to resolve the issue.
It truly was a trip where I could relax and not sweat the logistics- which was perfect!
I would use Indochina Odyssey tours again and would recommend that people work to get Liz as their consultant!

Wonderful 10 day trip in Vietnam
We booked a 10-day tour in Vietnam in early November 2017. During our trip, we visited Ha Noi, Ha Long Bay, Hoi An, Hue, and Sai Gon. Nikki was our travel consultant, and she made everything seamless and ensured that our trip went smoothly. We liked that we could customize our trip based on what we wanted to see and also that it was a private tour the entire time. All of the guides spoke English reasonably well. Would recommend Odyssey for an Asia tour!

We booked our 10 day tours through Odyssey Tours
We booked our 10 day tours through Odyssey in November 2017. Our trip was enjoyable and memorable. All our tour guides and drivers were wonderful. On day 7 of our tour in Hue, we got stranded in the hotel due to the monsoon in nearby area. Our tour for the day was cancelled as the tour guide was not able to leave his town to get to us. We contacted our travel consultant, Nikki and on a Sunday via email and despite her day off, she responded to our email within hours. Overall, it was a great experience despite the bad weather. We are very grateful for the service we received from our tour guides, drivers and travel consultant. They made our trip so much more enjoyable.

16-Day Explore Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand
My wife and I have been planning our trip to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand for a little over a year. After reading many wonderful reviews about Indochina Odyssey Tours I decided to contact them. An Odyssey Tour travel consultant, Mr. Bryant Yang contacted us and this began the planning portion of our trip.
Bryant has made what can often be the most stressful part of a trip, the planning stage, a pleasant experience. He has offer us advice on places and attractions we might want to visit. He has taken care of every detail in planning our trip. Every time I have ask him to make a change to our itinerary or upgrade a room for us he has happily made the change and immediately sent us conformation that the change was made.
We are about two weeks away from beginning our trip to Southeast Asia and I am not worried at all that we will be well taken care of due largely impart to the excellent service and attention to detail we have received from Bryant in planning this trip for us.
