Allison Chiang arranged a wonderful tour for us. She was quick to reply and revised our trip several times to get it to just perfect. The pricing for a private tour including drivers, hotels and tours was very reasonable.
We have not taken the tour yet but I have complete confidence in Allison and My Odyssey Tours.

Odyssey organised a brilliant tour of Thailand. All the hotel choices were good - some excellent, the guides were helpful and the activities well chosen. When one tour guide failed to arrive as planned, Odyssey very quickly rectified the situation and added a compensatory extra activity. Allison, our tour organiser was helpful and always replied promptly to all our questions. This was the second tour with Odyssey and we would be happy to use them again.

Initially we were worried about booking online with a Chinese company but the write-ups were great and we found everything fantastic. The price was very good and we stayed at 4-star hotels and had personal guides just for us. We didn't want to travel by train and so opted to fly in Vietnam, Lao and Cambodia. All airlines were so good and many western airlines could take a leaf out of their books in respect of comfort, food and great service.

My wife and I are from New Zealand and we have travelled to many parts of the world and Odyssey was the best company we have ever encountered. Liz Ling, our Travel Consultant, was very professional, fast at responding to emails and excellent - she is a credit to her company. She listened to all our requirements and kept adjusting the itinerary to meet our every requirement. Everything about the trip was flawless. The hotels were superb, the guides knowledgeable and nice and the food was very good indeed.

Overall, Odyssey made this trip memorable and I can say without hesitation that it was excellent value for money.

My experience with the arrangements made by Odyssey tours had been very satisfactory. Especially the interaction with Eric Kong, Travel consultant had been excellent. The tour guides in each place had been very helpful, especially Lucy at Ho Chi Minh city. Sokha at Siam Reap many a times gave a helping hand to negotiate the steep steps. Of the three hotels of stay stay Lotus Blanc at Siam Reap, I will rate best. However the staff in all the three hotels were all friendly and helpful. We had a good time in the tour

Just returned from a 25 day tour of Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Indochina Odyssey Tours came through with flying colors on the guides, the sites visited, the drivers, the vehicles, the accommodations and their response to the pre-planning emails. Never having used a tour company outside of the US, I was pleased with the affordability of the trip and how it met my expectations.

We have a great time, interesting and memorable experiences. We have learned about the country Vietnam through our tour guide, it was very informative.We are grateful for our travel consultant Mr. Aleck - Peng for arranging our tours and accommodations.

We've been extremely happy with Odyssey Tours. Two trips for us - one to China and the other to Vietnam and Cambodia - were very well arranged by our trusted advisor there, Susan, who is quick to provide, suggest and modify any arrangement that she or we came up with. We can't recommend them highly enough and will certainly use them again when visiting Asia for future vacation experiences.

My partner and I used Odyssey for a 2 week trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos in November 2016. We had initially thought that a private tour would be too expensive, but after some hunting online we found Odyssey Tours, and the wonderful Alick was very patient in helping us organise the perfect tour. Nothing seemed to be too much to ask and he arranged a wonderful tailor-made itinerary for us. We went to Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Halong Bay, Luang Prabang, Siem Reap, Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta. Alick arranged all of the transport including private drivers and internal flights. The whole trip was run flawlessly, and everything was very well organised. The hotels were stunning, and the guides and drivers were all friendly and knowledgeable. We had the holiday of a life time and would definitely recommend Odyssey and book with them again. It’s astonishing that this company can organise such excellent tours for such reasonable prices. 5 stars!

We booked an 18 day tour to Bangkok, Siem Reap Cambodia, Vietnam with a cruise of Halong Bay in November. Stayed an extra day in Bangkok at the beginning of the tour and three days on our own in Hong Kong at the end. Alick Peng was our IOT agent contact and helped us customize the trip. We had a great time at our own pace with our own guides, drivers and cars everywhere we went. This was very affordable and Alick and IOT were outstanding from planning through making sure were well taken care of always. We paid a small extra amount to up grade hotels, which was a great decision. This is the only way to see SE Asia by private tour, not a bus tour, and do not hesitate to book with Indochina Odyssey Tours.

Was extremely pleased with Indochina Odyssey Tours. Arranged a 25 day tour to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. Everything was like clock work..was meet at each destination, very safe drivers, well informed guides and excellent accommodations. Communication in planning and organization of trip was excellent. I will and have highly recommended Odyssey Tours as our family had a wonderful experience right from the first point of contact with Alick Peng on our recent family trip to Vietnam. Alick was most informative, responded very quickly and nothing was too much trouble for him to change a few details to suit our requests. This made our holiday so easy as I didn't have to worry or think about, airport pickups, tour guides, hotels, activities. All information given by Alick was spot on for our family of 6. Hotels were perfect and in great locations, our own private tour bus and English speaking guides were great. All suggested tours were very enjoyable. Odyssey Tours planned our 23 day Southeast Asia trip that included Thailand, Laos, Cambodia and Vietnam. The trip was flawless, we were met at each airport and transferred to our hotel where the guide helped to check you in. I have traveled extensively and I believe this was the best planned trip. I highly recommend Indochina Odyssey Tours and hope to use them for a trip to India.

Excellent tour organizer. We loved our two weeks in Vietnam and Siem Reap (Cambodia). All logistics worked smoothly and the guides were wonderful. We'd use Odyssey again anytime.
