We are a small company but are treated with the care and curtesy of a large organisation. Gaynor, our sales contact is a pleasure to deal with. Her knowledge and friendly nature is an asset to the company. She can be relied upon to process the orders and enquiries promptly and goes above and beyond to keep us fully informed and updated as needed.
The drivers also deserve a mention. They too are friendly and keep us informed of expected delivery times which is a great help to us.

Can't fault them
Being fairly new to the industry, I was a bit apprehensive in ordering materials but Manny has swiftly become my favourite steel supplier. He is knowledgeable, helpful and fair. Goes above and beyond without being pushy.
As a company, IMS is competitively priced and offer fast delivery plus they level of communication is suburb.

I have found IMS to be the best steel stockholders over the years. Sadie Bates has an excellent knowledge of the steel trade and is always helpful. My deliveries are always as ordered as well as the follow up paperwork.
Always get on well with the lorry drivers too, which always helps.
