Increasingly reliable service; having used IMS in the past with a poor experience we were cautious at first to send orders their way when Emmanuel Williams got in touch. But we have been pleasantly surprised with reliability and price, and can't fault Manny's efforts in going above and beyond for his customers.

As an Industrial engineering company based in west Essex, we use IMS daily. Our points of contact being Sadie Bates and Chris Bradley, both are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Our orders range from 1 length of flat to 50 tonne- saw and drill. Sadie and Chris are there 24/7 for guidance on structural steel and their access and safety range. I consider IMS to have the best customer service to completive price ratio out there. If you are new to the company ask for Barry Lewis (company rep), an extremely knowledgeable person.

Delmark have been using IMS 30 + years, they are hard to beat on price and next day delivery. They have recently changed ownership, but this has so far been a positive. Sadie and Glenn our sales reps are prompt and customer focused, never leaving you waiting for a price and or availability. All the drivers are very helpful and never in a rush to drop and go, giving you time to unload safely and efficiently.

Very reliable supplier with good, friendly customer service. Have worked with Chris, Sadie and Glenn for 12 years and material ALWAYS arrives next day. Stock levels are fantastic and quality of steel is as I would expect.

I have used Ims a few times and mannie is by far the most helpful and friendly person I have had the pleasure to meet he knows his job inside out and sorts the best price. I will be honest in saying I have compared prices but no other company comes even close and the customer service mannie gives means I will only deal with ims for materials my company require.

Good company to deal with. Always seem to deliver on time etc. Emmanuel is on the ball and knows his stuff. Customer service is outstanding from this extremely happy chap and is guaranteed to put a smile on your face if you’re having a bad day. Trust this guy and he will come though for you.
