I mainly deal with Thomas Fyffe who is always happy to offer advice and goes out of his way to accommodate. Nothing is too much trouble and deliveries always arrive on time.

We have dealt with Tracy for a number of years now.
IMS are my go to company because when I deal with her I get the most important thing for a small business which is honesty about delivery times which is crucial for us to be able to plan our workload going forward.
I have dealt with other companies but to me they will tell you what you want to hear just to get business and then we get let down.

We have been using IMS now for over 20 years. Our Rep, Gaynor is amazing and always gives us a great service and is very knowledgeable. If Gaynor isn't around then Kelvin is my next port of call. The prices are competitive and the deliveries are reliable. When I am quoting, speedy responses are important and that is exactly what I get from IMS. When they price for me IMS are honest with their lead times and stock levels which again is important. I highly recommend IMS and my reps Gaynor and Kelvin.
