other steel suppliers tend to bend the truth with deliveries and move prices up if not checked. we have always used IMS because of there honesty and reliability. # Sadie Bates . has always looked after us, polite, very easy going and if there is a problem she always solves it fast. not that there ever is but from dealing with them for 6-7 years only had 1 hick up that was resolved the same day.

Very good service. I deal with Sadie Bates who is always very helpful with turning around urgent orders and quotes for me. She makes the process easy.

Mitchell Blake has looked after my account for sometime now. He aways comes back quickly with prices etc, usually within the hour and has good product knowledge. Stock steel is always delivered next day and the drivers are always polite and great with helping with off loading.
