Awaiting order from December. Received part of it. I am sick of emailing and being told out of their “good will gesture” they offer certain things that they cannot fulfill so it ends up being s complete waste of time.
I am writing on here because my emails are now bouncing and I cannot get in contact with them.
They offered a free set of top and bottoms but they knowingly offered this without having my size. They were only offering on a couple of sale items. I am needing a small sizing. So they offer me a swimsuit set they don’t offer. Which doesn’t make any sense.

Then for my outstanding order SEF has offered me free express shipping, but I’m not getting ANY shipping. Nothing is being sent, communication has stopped. I’m done following it up and would like a full refund for items not received & they can cancel my order. I don’t usually write reviews but this is extremely frustrating and they simply don’t care.will never order from them again

Since ordering the bikini bottoms a month ago, they are miraculously now back in stock but back to their original price. I was not given the option to wait for them to come back in stock, I was just sent an email saying they had been cancelled and I was being refunded.

Unfortunately the 2 pairs of bikini bottoms I ordered on sale to go with 2 bikini tops I ordered, were oversold, so I only received 2 tops and no bottoms. It was not my choice that the bottoms were not supplied to me, so before the tops were shipped, I informed I now understandably had no use for the tops. However, the tops were still shipped and I have been given a way to get a refund, but the email says the shipping is to be covered by the customer. Waiting on a reply email.

Still haven’t received items ordered over a month ago! I bought several items in one order and only received part of my order. Buying at the beginning of December i fully expected the order to arrive before Christmas, not only did only half my order arrive I received one email to say the other half was delayed and it was suggested it would only be a matter of days. This has not been the case. I am still waiting. I was told the second half would be sent with express post and received an email saying it was sent on Wednesday, but as of now according to the tracking number, AusPost still doesn’t have it. I have tried to contact them and not recieved any reply to my emails since the very first communication last year. Extremely disappointing, what a waste of summer!!

The style I got said to size up, and thank god I did! I truly think a lot of people are in denial about their real size, hence are mad that sizing up once doesn't cut it. Your true size is when clothing doesn't have to stretch to fit you.

Purchased 2 one piece swimmers and advised to go up a size, which I did. Still way too small - should be advising to go up several sizes. Ridiculous to sell swimmers that are not sized properly. As there are strict rules returning them, this makes it unfair and impossible to workout sizing. I have been left with option to return myself, at my cost and store credit - great so I can try and pick another one that won't fit. Very bad sizing - waste of money - strongly suggest you do not purchase from this site.

Great value swims & resort wear. Timely shipping & very comfortable swimwear with lots of choices accurately described. I've ordered several times last year for myself & hubby. Great swimwear for reasonable price.

This is the second time I have tried to get a swimsuit that fits. I first ordered one and it was so small my breasts were barely covered and it was obscene and not wearable but NO RETURNS allowed. "You can exchange for another size" but I do not believe any of their sizes would I just gave it away Then I ordered another in the next size up but again the sizing is way off!. This one is way too big in the bottom half.I am a standard size but these afe clearly not made to AUstralian size standards and the whole company is dodgy with NO returns for "change of mind"but this not a change of mind. The article is not fit for purpose. Do not deal with these people I have spent over $260 and still don't have a swimsuit.

I have ordered twice from this company- the first time the sizes of the swimsuits were way too small . Yes I followed their sizing chart but there is not much give in the material.
I am 6 foot tall and the swimwear isn’t long enough- so the strapless swimwear I ordered comes only up to the bottom of my bust.
I returned all pieces after spending close to $300 and I can’t get a refund.
I can get a swimsuit from Kmart to fit but not an Australian company that I wanted to support.
Now preparing to send back the second time

Ordered the swimsuit one piece with the tummy hider. Took a while to get delivered considering I’m in Victoria. The quality is good, nicely made, material good and fitted well so true to size for me. Would I order again probably but I think there is an outlet in Greensbough which sell same or similar swim wear so I might make a visit there first. I did read previous reviews after I ordered and was sceptical about what I might get but I’m actually very pleased with what I ordered.

I purchased a shirt dress but the colour did not represent the colour in the photos. Decided to send back for a refund but found out can only exchange so chose a new colour to find out I have to pay for return shipping and extra money for a new item as it didnt cover the initial coupon discount. I would have thought like for like would be the same price. Didn’t love it that much for the hassle and disappointment and risk of paying out more money when it may still not be right.

Wish I had read the reviews first!

I do a lot of purchasing online and as an Australian size 16 have always had great communication with clothing companies.

Infamous Swim is dodgey! I purchased full piece costume and matching Kimono for over $200 - returned at my own expense within 24 hours with all tags attached …there was no way the sizing chart was right… and as with everyone else a credit. 🤬

I will be telling everyone to steer clear.

After purchasing a strapless swim suit, that rolled down and a dress that was far too short for $169.00.
I returned both these items as per the online authorisation, AT MY COST and requested a refund, only to discover that the company will refuse to refund and only offer you a store credit.
Be very careful NO REFUND, if you are unsure of your size or style, DON’T purchase. Purchase from a company with true customer satisfaction at heart.

I purchased the Miranda 2 one piece with peacock swirls fabric and a matching kaftan, and I was blown away with the fit and how comfortable it felt whilst also being a stunning looking swimsuit. The frills can be worn up on the shoulder or across the arms and it is very flattering. I also love the boho vibe which feels like summer. I received so many complements that I purchased another one, this time a two piece - the Gia bikini top leopard with the Sadi bikini bottom. They both also fit well - the sizing chart ensured it fit true to size. I love that Infamous Swim have so many patterns and styles and they also come in a variety of fabric and fit options so you can pick and choose the exact swimsuit style you’re looking for.

Good quality, great fit. Stylish swimwear. Awesome customer service. I own at least 15 sets of infamous swim swimwear and atheleisure wear. I always get compliments when wearing these styles. I feel confident, stylish in my infamous swim products!!!

Love this business! Gorgeous prints and the Kaftans are amazing! They are extending their size range soon which is so AMAZING! Couldn't fault any order I have placed with them. ❤️❤️
