INFAMOUS SWIM, (for all the wrong reasons this company name is appropriate 🤣)

My original GIA BIKINI TOP & BOTTOMS were returned for an exchange which was even worse than the original items size/shape wise.

I'm a very average bodied woman size 10 to 12, slim, with an average height of 173cm and a 14B bust. Talk about difficult trying to find a size to fit. God help the larger ladies !!!

DIFFICULT DOESN'T BEGIN TO DESCRIBE THE EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH THIS COMPANY. !!!

Also it took about 2 months to receive the items, so 2 thirds of summer was over before I actually got the replacement order. Even then it wasn't even wearable & still isn't.

I shop online constantly with so many companies and this was the worst internet experience I've EVER had. Customer service was disgraceful, such poor email communication, postage was the worst I've ever experienced. The sizing is ABHORRENT, unless you want to watch 20 videos on what body shape even resembles yours. Who wans to watch 20 Instagram videos & 20 YouTube videos & read hundreds of reviews just trying to work out your sizing... ABSOLUTELY NOONE !!!

They NEED to invest some profits back into their company & employ more staff, create an actual phone line they can be reached on (THEY DONT HAVE ONE), or have an online chat service for customer questions.

I would rate the company a"0".

Ladies don't get caught up in all the hype and advertisement you see on Instagram and YouTube. Any company that doesn't have standard sizes 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 and recommends an EXTRA LARGE for a woman with a 14B bust doesn't deserve to have a company.!!!

Avoid this company. The swimwear is cheap looking however it is expensive. The sizing is extremely inaccurate. 100% not worth it and you will receive zero support from customer service.

Guys don’t buy this cleverly marketed swimwear. The sizing is terrible, it’s a very average cut and its not worth the price at all. I’m so dissatisfied and wanted a refund but they only offer exchanges. I’m a size 8 and the M I got sent back instead of the S I ordered still looks horrible on. Save your money and buy a decent swim wear brand!!!

Check the terms before buying . There’s no way to get a refund on this expensive but sub par product !! They only allow an exchange or a store credit .. tuat was an expensive 150quid mistake !!! I should have learnt my lesson buying things from Instagram or Facebook ebook adverts … there’s always issues

I was a little concerned reading all the reviews on here as I also ordered during a peak sale period. My order took a bit longer than normal but it was well within the dispatch times advertised on their website for busy periods and overall I'm happy with the speed it reached Perth.

I read each description and sizing carefully; sizing up where needed for the kids sets (eg size 4 for my 2yo). Everything fits perfectly. Quality is reasonable but we shall see how they wash and wear after a trip to the beach.

Edited to add: I am a 10C-D aus8 and the size small Blake suit fits me perfectly.

Lodged return of Bikini Top in DEC 22 and realised I had selected incorrect replacement. Have been sending regular emails as no phone number to call with no response. Stuck with top I can not wear. Will not shop here again

The literal worst customer service and products. AVOID. I wish I had seen these reviews before buying with them.

The swimmers I paid over $100 for have pilling all over the bottom area after only ONE wear! When I sent photos to the company I was told it wasn’t a fault but just pilling which is “normal”!! After one wear, I don’t think so! I was told buy a lint remover!! Absolutely refused to try and rectify the issue! Customer service is awful! They don’t seem to care at all about having satisfied customers. Would never buy from them again and have kissed my money goodbye as they refuse to do anything!

Avoid! I think this website might be a scam. Their sizes are tiny and the sizing guide is terrible. The two price swimwear I ordered is see through. I’ve contacted the company and they have said they don’t offer refunds for change of mind. Don’t do it!

5/5 stars for the worst customer service. Received both email and text message on the 22/11/22 saying that my order was on the way. Tracking hasn't changed and I have not received my order. Reached out to the company to be told that it was an Australia Post issue - Australia Post have informed me that they have not received my parcel. Have sent multiple emails, only to be ignored. Tried to gain their attention via social media, only to be blocked from commenting/messaging. Disgusted in this company. Do not recommend purchasing from them.

Have not received a confirmation of order or tracking advice, no replies to email. Extremely frustrating as I've purchased Christmas presents. They need to be reported to consumer protection. Placed an order in November hasn't arrived nearly 3 weeks for somethingthat had 8-10 days delivery. Ridiculous riding people off.

I have long admired your product and was excited to try it out, not to take advantage of a black friday sale, but I saw Natalie from letmetrybeforeyoubuy model this product on her insta and that is what led me to purchase. I won't be a return customer as it seems Infamous Swim's primary focus is churning out advertising and sales, getting orders quickly with limited customer care as evidenced by the deletion of social media feedback and your restrictive returns and refund policy.

All in all I have found this to be a frustrating and unpleasant retail experience. I had to go to Seafolly today to purchase a swim top for my holiday tomorrow as it is clear that I won't be receiving my infamous swim one any time soon (tracking shows it was only picked up by Aus Post today)...like your email to Gem I am also feeling 😔

I have received multiple emails from the company offering me deal after deal. I stupidly got sucked in for Black Friday sale and I am STILL waiting for my order!! Free express shipping? Hmm it’s been 11 days! Can’t even leave a comment on their Instagram because they’ve limited posts. Give me my money back or send my order!

Sizing is ridiculously small. Used their sizing guide (I'm usually a size 12) however the (not cheap) swimsuit is almost child sized. AVOID.

Guys, I've emailed like 20 times with no response of my orders. I'm continually getting 5 plus spam emails daily but nothing about my order? This is terrible customer service. They are constantly advertising sales but are not shipping out their orders. They do not stick with their agreed shipping times. Made in China, sold in AU with no respect for buyers.

Ordered in the Black Friday sales (after seeing the aggressive social media marketing), and sad to say I got sucked in. Designs and print seem nice (I picked the Gwen and Lola/Sadie all in 3xl) but when I got my package I was disappointed. Sizing also seems small.
The quality of the stitching is poor at best, with threads coming loose and elastic visible at the seams. The ‘convertible’ straps are awful- the clasps simply don’t hold whichever way I put them and slide out of place, I will be flashing a boob with ease.
I’m thinking they must delete or hide negative feedback/reviews on their page because all I see is positive ones.
Will definitely not be ordering again.
There are better quality options out there that cost the same or less.
Can’t be bothered with the returns process so will see if they last the summer.
Bigger gals, do not order from here, you will end up exposed!

I ordered $212 worth of swimwear, as set for myself and two girls. My pair I used their sizing tool to come up with a recommended size 10, I usually wear a size 10. My girls I ordered the size Speedos they are wearing now. All 6 items received were way way too small. Both girls swimwear were about 2 sizes too small and my pair were 1 size too small. They refuse to offer a refund or shop credit. Avoid this company at all costs.

Terrible customer service. They do not reply to emails at all. Their website and returns policy is intentionally misleading and there product is overpriced.

Sizing is WAY off - I am a size 10 and ordered a L… when it arrived it was basically a size 6, ordered an XL and that was basically a size 8. Decided to bin the swim wear as sending back and forth was too expensive. Wa suggested I go for a 2XL for a size 10 what a joke.

No refunds only exchanges at your expense for shipping.

If you comment your concern on IG you get blocked.

All reviews on other product websites were negative… then they got a hold of it and obviously flooded it with false positive reviews.

Suggest reading reviews from oldest to newest to get a full understanding of this terrible company.
