Awful customer service. Have been trying to contact them for a week and no response. Spent $250 and have had zero correspondence about my order status, no shipping email. Would not recommend. They spend so much time on social media and sending promotional emails out twice a day- maybe they should be packing orders with that time instead?

Took ages to arrive and sizes are way too small. Slow to reply to emails and now the items I purchased are on sale so I can't exchange sizes :( don't bother.

Terrible terrible customer service. First order (Aug 2nd) hasn’t arrived. Replacement order through route insurance Aug 30th has no tracking details. No phone number and they will not answer emails. Now trying to get my money back. Avoid this company if possible.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Cannot get hold of them, no one will get back to me. I placed a order nearly 3 weeks ago and still have not received it. I want a refund.

Not an efficient online business. Seller should advertise the delay in dispatching orders, to avoid any misconception that purchasing express post will get to you inside of 7 business days ( and still waiting).

I only bought a set because it was on special- it arrived and doesn’t fit- tiny restricting super firm elastic- who needs that in swimwear ?
turns out I need to spend another 30$ “ handling fee” and postage to get the size you need, and it won’t be on special because that’s expired of course. Bottoms are TINY ( I already sized up! ) and the bigger size is out of stock. It will end up costing me so much just because the company can’t get the sizing right. I shop a lot online and never have I seen such a ridiculous returns process! lets hope they restock the size I need or I am stuck with a top without matching bottoms. Also top is see through and you can see the pads that line them through- very cheap look

Hidden in the fine print - no refunds and store credit only less a $10 handling. Shocking service given it is swim wear and you need to be able to try on.

I brought a tankini. I was really disappointed with the quality. Very thin, flattened my bust and a small fit. Online the pictures and prints look good.
These will not work if you have a little bit of a tummy. Not flattering at all.

Hugely disappointed, now left with a credit note and nothing I want to buy.

Probably best suited to models with no lumps or bumps…

I ordered a XL bikini top as per their sizing. I am normally a 10/12 with a big bust E/F. The material does not cover with bust spilling out the top, the straps are loose and are not adjustable and it does not feel supportive at all. The design is nice but more suitable to smaller busts which do not need support. I paid for express post but shouldn't have bothered as it still took over 2 weeks to arrive as infamous swim took 10 to put the item in the post.

I brought a paddle suit from them . Used the fit checker, which said I required a 2XL but having read they come up small I opted to get the largest size xx3xl for a little over $100 on offer, I am a 14-16 with E cup bust so by no means a stick but not huge either. Arrived quickly, but was extremely difficult to get on. The zip at the front didn't allow for much give to get over the shoulders, even worse when trying to remove wet. But once on it fits ok but was def tight. My bust pushed the sizing to the extreme but even before it got around that it was tight on the arms and across the shoulders. Second wear the zip broke, right at the bottom of the teeth and this I reckon is the result of having to the suit having to really be stretch to get in. The zip finishes above the belly button it needs to go much lower. Quality surf/paddle suits tend to zip up the back or zip all the way through. I complained to infamous swim and their customer service was excellent. I sent a picture of the break, was offered an apology and either the opportunity to return for refund or credit and then retain the suit. I opted for credit as I figured i could probably sew the zip just above the break and continue to use. I ordered a 2 piece, again arriving quickly. The briefs are way too small. Again followed the sizing calculator and again ordering 3XL as a precaution against small sizing as I have a bit of post partum sag
I can only comfortably wear these briefs under my mummy tummy, even though this is really there only pay off me that is a size 16. The top is laughable, I can't wear halter so I went for a bra style top in olive green thinking this usually affords more modesty as well. The lining is white, and this rolls when wet, making it visible all the time looking cheap and making the top appear small. My bust is exploding out of it, very little coverage, I have tried pushing excess bust under my arms to hide the cleavage but that just results in looking like i am exploding from both sides, so have to opt for looking like a cheap porn star instead with exploding cleavage. I paid another $40 on top of my store credit for this so these costumes are not cheap. On top of that I decided to try the paddle suit again, I have been working out more and dropped a couple of kilos since wearing it last, I noticed on this wear the seam stitching was starting to break on r arms and across the shoulders. Again suggesting that there is not enough give to actually get into the costume. They use plus sized models in their advertising but I would struggle to see how they get sizing for them in their standard ranges. I want to say I am aware that I am an not a model size 0 but I am a fairly typical shape and size for my age, I sat well within the sizing i ordered . These suits are not cheap my paddle suit and bikini if brought full price would have been over $300. But I will say your customer service is first rate
