HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL ALLOWED TO TRADE

Ordered January 22 and still not received and on reading the trusted pilot site reviews, I will lodge a dispute with PayPal for my money back.

Why is this company still allowed to trade.

Please do not respond to me by email via outsourced call centre as this just makes things worse.

Terrible Product & Service

Unlike many reviewers I have had a long dialog with Infinitkloud customer. Sadly this interaction has not been a happy experience. What started as a simple matter of word documents not copying quickly escalated into the product not working at all after they sent me through a new executable file. I have exchanged 20+ emails with them and I’m still left with a product that does not work and no refund will be given.
The final emails were extremely patronising suggesting I didn’t have WIFI or I must have forgotten my email address or password.
Do not waste your money on this product it is just nor worth the risk.
Hopefully this review will not invoke a response from Infinitkloud as I have already received enough banal comments from them to last a life time

Really do think this is a con

Really do think this is a con. Looks very impressive but doesn’t do what it says except £58 lighter & 7 hours wasted. Only tried to pack up pics off iPhone & had to leave it running all night- so slow to find out not done a thing & said need to buy more memory. Can’t be case as so much free memory on my phone. ??? Try to get help and just goes to BUY pages. Wish I had read reviews first

INFINITI KLOUD Gen 2 Charge DELETED…

INFINITI KLOUD Gen 2 Charge DELETED UNSELECTED FILES FROM MY COMPUTER! I thought the InfinitiKloud would be a great way to safeguard my pics. Unfortunately, that's not entirely true. When I clicked the pic's option, but did not select the documents, movies, etc, the my UNSELECTED items DISAPPEARED FROM MY COMPUTER! I didn't need long-term copies of them, but I did need to have them on my computer. But no, THEY ARE GONE! I am not impressed with this development. When I didn't select them, why was ANY action taken on them?!? When I see the backup folders, there is no date on them, nor can I label them; there is no way to know the time of that particular backup. I WOULD NEVER BUY THIS DEVICE AGAIN!!!

Totally Dissatisfied

I Purchased 3 dongles & Micro SD Cards in March 2021. Have never been able to get them to work. App on Android Phone just locks up everytime I insert the dongle with error messages. No phone numbers to call for support so I have send messages via the link on website, but the only response I get are the auto generated responses and messages to ask if my issue has been resolved. Almost 12 months later, I have still not had any response from any technical support person. My next step will be to ask for a refund of my money.

I placed an order on December 8 2021…

I placed an order on December 8 2021 and have yet to receive it. Have contacted them several times and they say it has been shipped. Finally called them today and they offered me 50% in store credit for future purchases
Told them to either reship item or give me a refund, said I need to wait one more week to get a reshipment We will see

I should have realized it was to good to be true. I was charged 2x because the order was taken without my address being put in. (should be a clue) I entered my address and attempted to correct my order but it charged me again. I thought since my address wasn't complete it would NOT have allowed the order to proceed, like legitimate websites and companies. It also locks on to the 'great deal' for another stick and can't get by that page except by clicking to purchase. It is messed up.

Just a Password Reset. I ordered 2 devices in April 2021 and…

I ordered 2 devices in April 2021 and they have yet to work.
I request to have my password rest (it has never worked) and I have been waiting for 2 weeks now (to have a password reset!!!)
They keep sayiong they are working on it with the same email response that I have seen on these other reviews.
I have worked in IT and customer service for years and I have NEVER seen such a terrible company.
All I want is to be able to use the device. Absolutely horrendous service...

I have supplied my order number several times now. Here it is again..

Poor Product & Customer Service

My device was not backing up basic word documents. I emailed customer services and after 3 weeks received a reply and a fix. I applied the fix and now the product does not work at all. Contacted Infintikloud again and no reply. In summary every aspect of Infinikloud is big disappointment

After long delay it arrived

After long delay it arrived. Plugged into computer but nothing came up on the screen anything like the dashboard shown in the accompanying instructions. Managed to find in file explorer and sliding the pc icon over the infiniti icon got to start downloading. The next day downloaded a bit more. Since then have not been able to open device at all, a really big waste of time, does not do what they say at all, probably a scam and a waste of money

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. Ordered early December '21 for a Christmas present. Still not received. Getting automatic responses like other customers. Have put Paypal onto it, determined to get a refund. Shocking customer service. I note also that even the responses to customers' reviews on this site are ALL THE SAME AUTOMATED RESPONSE!

Infinitikloud-Avoid like the Plague

I continue to receive what appear to be automated replies apologising for the delay. I have requested a refund.... again no action. I have requested a telephone number to contact but again......nothing.
I do receive offers of goods at 50% discount but no idiot would go for that throwing good money after bad.
The "Support" help is rubbish.
Surely I have a right to a full refund. So what about it Infiniti?

Despite all the negative reviews, my devices arrived today and they are brilliant!
i can understand the problems with COVID 19, but that does not call for all the claims of SCAM. Yes, I had a long wait, but the device eventually arrived, and I am happy. Thank you Infinitekloud. KEITH.

I read lots of great reviews on this…

I read lots of great reviews on this product before purchasing one. I purchased my photo stick on December 5, 2021. Hoping that would be enough time to receive it by Christmas. Understandably businesses right now have obstacles but as of today January 19th 2022, I still have not received my order. On January 4 I started to email them inquiring about my order. Even left my number and asked for someone from customer service to contact me because none of the email response answered my question and they continually just gave me the run around. On January 6th they gave me a tracking # which also till this today states that USPS is still awaiting package from them. I emailed about that and of course just got back automated responses. Finally just asked for a refund because no one can seem to help me out and explain where my order is. Was told they can not do that because it shows it’s been shipped out. Funny that USPS shows awaiting package still. CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY SUCKS!!! I’m a very understanding person but I don’t like being lied to. Maybe one day I’ll finally receive it but I will NEVER order ANYTHING from them again no matter how good it is. Companies need to remember that it’s your customers that are the most important and most people would just like an honest update as to what is going on.

I wish I had read this site before purchasing items from this company. Like everyone else they take your money but send no goods. When enquiring all you get are general customer emails fobbing you off. Lost count of the number I have so far but like everyone else it looks to be a scam and many people like myself have fallen for it.
DO NOT PURCHASE ITEMS FROM THIS COMPANY.
Ordered 14th December and have not received any concrete reply or items from them. Asking for a refund and that is no joy either.
NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY and didnt know Chinese as would not have entertained buying from them at all.

I received this product about a year…

I received this product about a year ago and only found it the other day so I plugged it in. it "seems" to be working but its still downloading now for about 17hours. no idea how long more. cannot find any help
