Highly concerned about my InfiniKloud order

I want to get a new phone and laptop so thought this product would be ideal to do all the transferring of files and photos.
I sent my money early November and have received nothing despite my constant emails of concern other than a standard email to confirm Customer Service will look in to it.
I am so annoyed and feel I've been scammed. I requested a refund in December as urgently need a gadget like this but cant afford another one until this is refunded.
Very very disappointed.

DO NOT BUY THIS

I ordered November 30, 2021 for a Christmas gift and have had the same issues as the others on this thread. Canned responses, no tracking number and I assume the company is going bankrupt from not being able to handle the flood of orders. Only one response on 12-15-21 was from an actual person. My most recent response was saying they will close my ticket if more info is not received when NO info was asked for. Do not buy if you actually expect to receive the product you paid for.
*update 1/22/22: after I left this review and emailed again I finally receive messages from a person. I asked for a refund. They tried to offer me discounts off future orders and then off the order I still had not received. I advised if they could provide an actual tracking number I would consider the discount off the current order. If not, to please refund. Needless to say the tracking number still could not be provided BUT they did issue me a full refund and it was received in my account. I will never try to order from them in the future but I did at least receive my money back.

If I could give this company a -10…

If I could give this company a -10 stars I would. I ordered the memory stick on the 7th December. There was nothing to say that they might have had a massive backlog or that I would not receive it by Christmas. I paid for that and the lifetime guarantee and they took my money immediately through Paypal. I received a confirmation of my order the same day stating that I would be informed when my package was shipped. There was no indication that there would be a delay and I did not realise it was coming from China. Had I known I would not have ordered it. I contacted Paypal and they contacted the company on the 23rd December. They lied and said my order had been sent which it definitely had not and I contacted Paypal to inform them.

Not having heard from them I contacted them on the 16th December and they responded saying a ticket had been opened and my order prioritised. They then proceeded to inform me that there would be delays through the Christmas holidays and staff would be with their families for the holidays. On the same day I received a transaction report, leading me to believe something was being done. I decided to contact Paypal, who informed me on the 23rd December that the package had been sent!!!! As this had come from Paypal I had no reason to believe it wasn’t correct
as the information showed the tracking number, transaction number and all the details. I then received a request from the company asking for my details and I responded with a Resounding NO you already have them. Thank God I paid through Paypal I thought but that turned out to be a mistake. On the 24th December I received a notification stating “This is a confirmation of your final payment” and I am hoping Paypal have not paid them any more money. I sent copies of my correspondence to Paypal who seem to have ignored them and closed my case. Thank you Paypal, I will never use you again.

The companies tracking states that my package was picked up by DHL Asia on the 30th December, the first hint that it was coming from China.

Since then, I have contacted the company several times. They completely ignored the content of my emails and send out a standard email stating that if you respond your query will be assigned to your personal representative. What a load of bull…..t. As previously stated above, they do not answer the phone and chat doesn’t work!!!!! They are so busy they have time to send out advertising for further products. I have even emailed my local DHL, who have also not replied. Customer Service - what customer service - there isn’t any.

Needless to say, today is the 6th January and I have still not received my order. I am a 74 year old grandmother just trying to buy a Christmas present. COVID is being blamed for everything but this is ridiculous. Do I stand any chance of getting this product or my money returned? ………………….

Would I recommend this company - DEFINITELY NOT.
Would I recommend buying ANY of their products -DEFINITELY NOT.

Would I expect Paypal and DHL to act upon my comments and respond appropriately I would hope so, BUT they are big companies who couldn’t care less that one elderly persons Christmas present purchase went drastically wrong.

Update
Having just received a response from the company through Trust Pilot, I have tried to contact them through chat. Cannot find it on their system. So went through support and - guess what I got as a response - the same standard letter I have already had 6 times. I am sorry but they are making absolutely no effort at all to help in this matter and you can be sure I will continue to report updates on Trust Pilot to ensure others reconsider whether or not they wish to purchase from this company. Oh and by the way when you ring the UK number answer phone states the office is currently CLOSED.

Update 9th January
Decided to try and check again where my order is supposed to be. Checked DHL global with tracking number and it showed it had gone to Australia. So, decided to download the shipping After Ship tracker against my better judgement I might add, put in the tracking number - shows product sent to Germany and supposed to be in UK as of yesterday. However, the tracker indicates sent to a local distribution centre somewhere near Burnley and appears to be on its way to Slough having passed where I live not once but TWICE. What a debacle - looks like it’s on its way back to them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Watch this space……

Whilst writing this update I have received a notification that my purchase is in Australia - what more can I say. Can’t ask Paypal to help as they have already emailed me to say I cannot go back to them.…

Ordered in October 2021 and still waiting to receive it in January 2022. I have sent several emails requesting follow up or a refund and have received neither. Definitely a scam! Someone is making a lot of money for nothing in return😡😡

No customer service.

Ordered Nov 28 2021 and have not received acknowledgment, have not been billed, and according to their website contact must be made by phone or live chat to cancel. There is no chat and found a contact # that noone but recording answers. No idea how they stay in business.

I bought infinatekloud mistake!

I purchased infinatekloud back in November, I never received the product and I have been calling, their answering service plays a recording and hangs up. And I have emailed trying to get my refund. I get automated emails reply 🙄 no I do not recommend this product! Terrible customer service! None!

Ordered InfinitiKloud 5GHz Wifi 1-1 - Micro SD Card 64GBalong with a lifetime warranty and a 128GB card on 12/08/21. Credit card charged intermediately. Still haven't received any shipping information or possible shipping date. Contacted InfinitiKloud and was sent to the customer service email which only gave a message that I am a valued customer and they would get back to me. Unfortunately I picked InfinityKloud over the competitor and now cannot even get a refund. I don't know about the product but the service is horrible. Jim B

Ordered land paid for the item on 19th…

Ordered and paid for the item on 19th November 2021, still not shipped on 21st December 2021. No reply to my email complaint. Obviously a scam. They replied to this post by the standard scam reply, reach out to our customer care team. Did that, no reply to emails, nz phone number not working. Now 9th January, lots of promises, no action. Still looks like a scam! Another email from them saying it is on its way, the tracking number is in my emails. Not there at all, including in spam. Just more delaying tactics. I asked them to put the tracking details as a reply to my email, no response. All the hallmarks of a sophisticated scam. DON'T TOUCH THEM!

No Shipping/Tracking #

I placed my order November 20th, 2021 and today is December 20th, 2021 and I have not received my order or a tracking #. I've submitted 2 emails to the Help desk and have received no response. These were supposed to be Christmas presents. My credit card was charged on 11/20 and I received an order confirmation email. Since then, I have received 5 emails trying to sell me more products so it's not an email problem.

Not a Happy Customer

I placed my order November 9, 2021 and today is December 10, 2021 and I have not received my order or a tracking # I have asked for in 3-4 emails. I can't get any one to answer the phone #'s I have tried. I am wondering if this is a scam. These were supposed to be Christmas Presents. No one will answer any of my emails either to tell me if I will get in time for Christmas. Now I want to request a refund so I can purchase something else where. Does anyone know how to get these people to respond to me? I will never do this again and if anyone else is considering buying from them, I would reconsider.

Do not buy

Ordered product, which hasn’t as yet been delivered. Customer service continually fob me off ‘it’s on its way’ ‘it’s being processed’. Exceptionally disappointed by organisation. I don’t know about the functionality of the product as I’ve never received it and probably never will. Seeking refund, which based on my experience to date may take an age/be a battle, if I can secure a refund at all.

Been waiting for the item to arrive and just keep getting fobbed off about stock don't bother buying it the phone or tablet will be no good by the times it arrives. Awful service !!!!!

Ordered my Kloud and after about 2…

Ordered my Kloud and after about 2 months it finally arrived. Having been away for a while I finally tried it out this week on my tablet and Samsung galaxy phone. Absolute rubbish. Followed all instructions and it's not downloaded anything. Just a blank screen. Reloaded the app several times but no good at all. Sadly I'm probably outside the 30 day refund time so I'm stuck with it. Would I recommend it? No. Save your money.

My order number is 2116925230. I want to exchange the SD for a device that will actually work with my IPhone. Can’t even find where to buy the charge model on official Australian site…..

Ordered in Australia via official site Infinitikloud.io. No mention whatsoever on this site of two models - the SD and the recharge. Needed to use with iphone and searched online to satisfy myself that the Infinitikloud could be used with iphone and all resources said it could so ordered the product. Nowhere on the official site did it say the device sold via this site would NOT work with iphone. Of course when i get the product, I have been given an SD model (again, official site DOES NOT give you a choice of model to buy, just gives you the SD). Chatted online with support - of course, NO you cannot exchange once you put in your order. I actually think this is illegal not allowing you to return a product that does not suit your needs and where you are led to believe it will. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT HAVING ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY.

I got the product and plugged it in…

I got the product and plugged it in [with the SD card in] and it had none of the various options shown in the instructions supplied. I tried every button and option and couldn't get it to work. Rung up support and explained the problem. The person who answered was polite and seemed helpful but simply sent me copies of all the instructions I already had that didn't work. I had also sent an email separately explaining the problem with screen shots of the problem. Got a reply that was no help. Sent 2 more emails with screen shots showing the difference between what I was seeing and what the instructions said I should be looking at. Again no reply to either. I have return the products and waiting for a refund.

I paid for product it never arrived, no response from InfinitiKloud

My experience was I paid for product and it never arrived. Tracking showed it travelled the world in wrong direction and disappeared. Customer service was non existent they ignored my requests for further information then refund. Agree with many a scam don't touch it.

A total rip off. Doesn't work. I've never seen the screens shown on the instruction leaflet = only a request to "buy now"./ Help is a farce. I keep getting the same reply from each 'consultant' - none of them have read what I have described. "Just download the software - reinstall and that's it" This is clealy a scam - I've wasted money and three days of my life on this one - walking away now. Requests for a refund under the terms of the 30 day guarantee are ignored. How is it that outfits like this are allowed to remain on the face of the planet?

I have been able to negotiate a complete refund of the purchase price. Thanks to those concerned. Considering the confusing nature of the product and the lack of real support, this comes as something of a pleasant surprise. However, I really needed the promise that this product offers. Why it didn't work remains a mystery. My search for a photo backup system which works continues. FN

Hyped product - Hyped service

(I'm giving them 1 star because 0 is not an option.) I'm writing from Barcelona. I wanted to order the InfinitiKloud SD as a gift and unfortunately got sucked into buying because of the special deals that were added on after the initial interest.

The packages arrived within a couple of weeks, so no complaint there. However, I was surprised that there were 4 USBs and 4 microcards; the hype had stated that the USBs were plug in and go, so, that was the first issue I had with the product. However, even more serious was the fact that once plugged in, it did not work as promised: duplicate photos were not removed and there is no way to classify the photos beyond the type of program.

Seeing that this was not what I had ordered, On 6 July, I sent a package with 3 X InfinitiKloud SDs, 2 X 64GB Microcards and 1 X 32GB Microcard, (all unopened) to:

It was sent within the 30-day, money back guarantee but I have not been reimbursed yet.
