Regarding HUGE SCAM and reply from InfinityKloud.

Dear Infinitikloud I have read your replies to myself and others. Not once have you replied that you will "RETURN THE MONEY" to us. You being sorry for the negative experience we have endured without the promise to rectify the situation is INSULTING to me. I was going to just forget about this.Unfortunatelly for you I am so upset how you disregard our complaints as if nothing has happened. I wm now going to expediate all legal action, including criminal, and force you to pay out your victims in full.

I dont care if you are hiding in Hong Kong. We will take you down!!!!

I encourage everyone else to take legal action against these fraudsters. I will be posting additional information regarding how to sue this company and it's associated companies, in the near future.

Finding it hard to cope

Heavens I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered the first one - 28 days and it’s still not arrived then I was stupid enough to order the upgraded wireless version. Of course that’s not arrived either. I’ve had conciliatory emails asking me to wait 30 days - 2 days more to go for item 1 which is to be returned immediately. What a scam. How stupid am I? Item 2 will also be returned now I know how well (poor) they are rated. Furious that when I was making selection this one was the one said to be the best value ha!
Added to which I’m 75, have been in lockdown 1 year tomorrow and during that year have lost my husband and had a brain haemorrhage. I’ve been told to avoid stress! This is extremely stressful
Update several later. Well - I can’t fault them for contact now. Neither arrived yet but they have apologised and offered discount if I keep them both. I’ve accepted that but of course now have to wait until they come. Will update again when both arrived - so far I can’t do more than move from one to two stars. If both arrive and appear to work ok it could go to four but it’s still huge stress waiting and waiting.....

Don't deal with these scammers

Don't deal with these scammers. As with everyone else, I would give a zero if that were possible. I cannot comment on whether it works or not since after 110 days, I am still waiting for my initial order. I have called and emailed. Was told they couldn't do anything about it, then was told they would send another duplicate order to arrive within 10-15 days. Never arrived. They have my money. Lesson learned. Huge scam!

Do not use this company as I feel it is…

Do not use this company as I feel it is total scam, ordered products in January had to chase up and then eventually turned up with missing items so I cannot use the product. I have tried emailing to return the item but emails keep bouncing back and there are no phone numbers on the website to make contact. Total waste of money and time.

Scam alert

This is a scam.
Ordered 82 days ago with the promise of 5-7 day delivery. Overcharged. Called, emailed, messaged and I keep getting told it's in transit, and I can send back for a refund after I receive it. Have received 3 completely different shipping tracking advices. They have different and impossible tracking information. Somehow it got from Sydney to the UK in less than 12 hours! A different name - probably the same scammer - replies to each message. Excuses excuses but no action. Stay away people.

I ordered 2 of the InfinitKloud USB in…

I ordered 2 of the InfinitKloud USB in November 2020. After numerous emails and also contacting Pay Pal to complain, I received my two items at the end of January. I have now attempted several times to install InfinitKloud with no success. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

This is theft, isn't anyone going to do something about it

I ordered on Jan 11 three as it stated that for every one bought i would get one free for a daily promo, Thinking this was a great product i then at the end of the purchase was offered another deal, buy an additional 32 and get another one free. My paper work shows 3 purchase and total of 6 to be shipped plus 1 32 purchased and two to be shipped. I then was advised it was running late and it finally arrived on Feb 14 arrived, howerver there was only 5 units two 32 and three 128, When i called i was advised that it meant a total of 6 items being 3 holders and three chips, but i was in the same order shipped 2 holders and two chips for a total of 4 32 items, yet showed in my bill as 2. They not only refused to send the additional items but also refused to return the items via a air-bill stating i had to pay additional cost to have them returned and then found out that upon inserting the device in a computer it wanted to update software and the chips was not viewable or formatable in a PC. This is theft by proxy and through the mail, Should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and the units don't even work!!!!!!!!! They dont even back up any data and the software doesn't function. Are we to pay for their mistakes if you want to call them that!!!!!

As with everyone else this product is a total scam. I read lots of reviews of best product and got conned. The customer service department who i spoke to actually increased my order and charged me more. Do not buy this product . What more can i say. It is a total rip off and the fact google allow them to continue to advertise is worrying

This product is a joke

This product is a joke. Ordering is very complicated and I ended up with double the order and double the cost. It was supposed to be big one get one and that was not the case. Also it does not work. Like, at all. It just sends you in circles. Using Live Chat was responsive, but they just kept telling me to "use the app" whatever that means. Anyhow, I still can't figure put where my photos went. My biggest concern: When I did try to download through the website ( plugged my USB into the server), it UPLOADED my computer files to the Infiniti Kloud site! So now Infiniti Kloud has my personal files. That was not the intent. All I wanted to do was download my pics from my phone to a USB so they were stored somewhere safe. It just seems to be one scam after another with this company and product. Buyer beware is an understatement.

INFINITIKLOUD IS A TOTAL SCAM - REPORT TO POLICE

I picked one star as it won’t allow zero. Infinikloud is a total scam. The fact that their Facebook pages have been closed down so customers can’t go on them to complain is a definite sign. They know it’s a scam. On 4 November 2020 I paid for a USB for my photos after seeing their ad on Facebook. I didn’t receive it. It’s now 24 January. I received half a dozen computer generated emails which made me think something was being done but that’s all they were computer generated emails possibly to calm me down as to not complain and hoping I give up. They’ve gone to a lot of trouble to scam people. I get annoyed at Facebook and other social media policing citizens and blocking posts, yet these criminals are allowed to roam the internet and steal I suspect thousands (maybe millions) of dollars from gullible citizens like me. I am trying to contact my credit card company to see if they can get my money back. I have also reported Infinikloud to the ACCC in Australia which sends out notices to millions of Australians. If I can stop one other person from getting ripped off, I’ve done my job.

I purchased 2 InfinitiKloud's

I purchased 2 InfinitiKloud's plus a Lifetime guarantee. In October 2019 at a cost of $100.00 AUD.
It has never worked on my Android Tablets.
The original Software of Google Play store worked fine on my Android phones.
14 Months later with the new and improved software, it now does not work at backing up my phone.
Customer support has been giving me the run around for a week.

Just Don't buy from InfinitiKloud.

"Do you feel lucky?"

Clearly it must work for some people but not for me.
"Just plug it in"
I did. No start up screen appeared. I found a couple of objects on my hard drive. Clicked on them. Nothing. Tried it on my tablet with similar results. Contacted the customer help-line to report the problem. They suggested that i read the user instructions. I replied letting them know that, funnily enough, I had. They then offered me 20% off the price. I replied that 20% off something that didn't work, didn't seem an attractive option. I was given a return address...in Holland!
I sent it back for about £5. Recorded delivery would have cost double. Ten days later, i requested the refund. I was told that they hadn't received it and could i give my postal tracking number. I said i did not have one and at no time was i told that it was mandatory. I also said that i was not going to go quietly with this problem. A couple of hours later, i was told that my return had been found and refund initiated. (After having paid outbound and inbound postage). You may have a better experience but in the words of Dirty Harry, "Do you feel lucky?"

Bought a unit

Bought a unit, no pass code, email bounces, phone call on hold then told to go to the customer support! what a joke. The order number is not the pass code, if it is then not correct as does not function.

purchased the photo stick in June

purchased the photo stick in June. Looked too good to be true it was. Could not get it to work got tech-savvy daughter to try she couldn't make it work either. They give 30 days to return but having written to them numerous times and explained the 2015 consumer rights act they write very polite letters back but no refund in sight. So RUEMER, STEF and VIDOVIC. Please reply with my money

Don't be taken in! Avoid!

After messages from IK to "complete my order" I followed the instructions and thought no more about it. Just now 3 of the things have arrived! I checked my bank and I'm down nearly£200! I've opened one and tried it. Nothing! My machine tells me I have a generic storage device, but I can't get it to function at all. How do I get my money back? I'm a penurious pensioner!
