Worst customer service. Don’t waste your time and money

They weren't TERRIBLE, but they were pushy and you can get the same logo work done for half as much at some other sites. Their hard sell for unwanted and unnecessary items was irritating. More driven for the upsell than the design. Promised an original concept as a bonus and didn't deliver.
Often wondered if they were actually reading my emails during the development process. Nice enough , and you can always say "no."

Great service and super easy to work with. Their team of designers were able to pinpoint exactly what we were looking for and performed the job in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!!.

Just got off a chat with these SCAM ARTISTS. The website stated 2355 reviews with 4.6 rating. I asked for that link and got this jacked page with 111 instead. When I asked about SO MANY 1 STAR REVIEWS, person told me to screw myself. That I was just a fat lazy @SShole and continued to berate me On chAT.(The best they could. Some words just don't translate well from Pakistani) - THE funny thing is, THE MORE UPSET THEY GOT about me ASKING ABOUT THEIR REVIEWS, the worse their English got! Hilarious!!! - Good luck if have money to throw away! -------------------------------------------------------UPDATE - 1 HOUR LATER : Scammer quickly replaced his website with another premade template. Same bad English, different colored pages. - HERE'S the funniest part, their "updated" site now boasts, get ready, - 7000 REVIEWS and #1 IN 30 categories! - WOW, the lie gets EVEN BIGGER!!! - Wonder how many premade templates he has made up for this SCAM SITE!

I had an awful experience with Infinix Designs in San Jose, CA. They failed to complete the project I hired them for, and I had to pay someone else to finish the work. Additionally, they tried to charge me surprise fees multiple times. Their customer service is non-existent, and no one speaks English when you call. I believe this company is a scam. Buyers beware!

I needed a basic web sit designed and up and running in short order. After no response from local companies I contacted Infinix. They worked quickly, adapting to my vision, with Joran the project manager always responding to my frequent tweaks. One thing to be aware off is that I had go daddy managed word press hosting, which would have caused Infinix issues with uploading the site they designed. They wanted a C-Panel access host. It did not cost much to change to c-panel but there was a bit of reconfiguration to do to get the domain changed over. Just something to bear in mind, make sure you are c-panel compatible. This little issue did not detract from the overall service or the quality of the finished product. I would use this company again.

I had a website designed by Infinix Designs and I must say I was most impressed. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. The staff were very friendly and professional. The website looks stunning better than I had expected. A great experience.

This company is great at building websites and in a timely fashion. They did what we asked and the communication is great. I will definitely use them again!

They are based in pakistan they are selling something that just dont even exist kindly boycott there business report them to authoritize and turn down there so they cant make fool to other customers and one more thing who's experience is not good with them kindly charge back them and claim your money 🤑 back

This company is almost certainly misrepresenting their physical location. A reviewer on Facebook says Infinix Designs is actually located in Pakistan. But the company claims to be located in San Jose, CA. I paid for a one-hour phone consultation yesterday, and the two people I spoke to had thick Pakistani accents. I have no issue with hiring people from all over the world, but I expect honesty. The key people I had contacts with at this company don't have LinkedIn profiles. Very strange!! But perhaps the most salient point for people thinking of hiring this company is the wording on their website. It's awful English!! Like, everywhere on their website it's obvious it's not written by someone who has a native's grasp of the English language. They are not honestly presenting themselves when they pretend they're located in San Jose, CA.

Shawn Martin has been the best. He has been so helpful and great. Actually everyone that I have had the pleasure to deal with has been awesome here at Shopify!!! I would and will recommend them to anyone who asks!!
