I've bought several different devices from here and Andy and the service doesn't disappoint. When I had any questions or concerns he was always helpful and responded promptly. I will say he does everything to make it right if you have any problems. I recently bought the Spirit Bridge Pro. I love it. The only thing is the speaker is smaller so not as loud as the original, but Andy explained it's due to processor. I recommend on devices that have a small speaker to maybe put a connection input for ability to connect external speaker. All in all it's a great addition to any teams arsenal or just to have. The effects are so realistic and I love the fact it has such a huge 27,000 word, phrase and effect to give spirits a lot to work with . No other device on the market has that ability.

The Delivery Service was fantastic. The product made it to me in the States without being damaged. Very much appreciated. I was emailed when they received my order and kept me in touch with the process. Alice Box Tusi Word Bank (English) and SLS version 1 were both awful 😞. SLS did not work, system malfunctioned all the time, and ended up putting it in the bin. Alice Box needed fixing, and it was found that it only has like 2k words on it at most. It's a lot of money guys for something that's not that great trust me.
