Products descriptions have easy and clear instructions
Products have very useful descriptions with instructions what exactly is required for underfloor heating installation for different types of flooring. Also customer services were very prompt responding to my technical queries and used simple language to answer them so that someone like me, with little knowledge of underfloor heating, can easily understand.

Hotter than expected !
Although the packaging had been damaged in transit , it was alright when opened as there was another sheet of thick cardboard that protected it inside the outer box.
I am very pleased with it and quite surprised by the amount of heat it emits.

Excellent job we now want infrared panels in all the rooms
We used infrared heating UK ltd to install 3 heating panels in 2023 - 2 in the kitchen and a mirror one in the living room. Everything , the options and how it works was explained clearly beforehand and the installation was done swiftly, and expertly. It was an excellent service and we now want the panels in all the rooms. Can 100% recommend. PS I didn't have time to write a review then (sept 2023) but can at least verify the panels went up well, worked excellently we loved them as did all visitors to our home!

Highly recommend - lovely guy, efficient and professional
Not only is Bert efficient, tidy, and patient, he is also one of the nicest people I have ever met! We spent a few months trying to decide the best way forward to heat our home and approached a couple of companies for quotes on infrared panels and installation. Infrared Heating UK was the only one that offered installation alongside supplying the panels, which made organising the installation so much easier than having to find a separate electrician to do the job. Bert really knows what he is talking about, nothing was a problem, and he remained patient while I spent a few weeks asking for new quotes and deciding where we wanted the panels and how many. After a lot of communication via email and phone, Bert did a house visit, and gave his final advice and suggestions. He ordered and stored all the panels for us (23!) and over a couple of weeks completed the installation. I can't speak highly enough of Bert, he has done a great job and the panels work seamlessly individually and through a central control unit. Thanks Bert!

Infrared Heating UK are just, for me, the best. Right from the start, nearly 2 years ago, Bert and Igor helped me with my "future" project. Endless discussions as I ignorantly changed my mind, endless patience, and knowledge and advice imparted with such friendliness. My plans delayed for over a year, they kept the panels as long as they could. Project now nearing completion and we needed advice and more products. They'd moved from Scotland to England - and there was Bert at the end of the phone. Their estimate was 15, yes FIFTEEN, thousand pounds cheaper than another famous firm. The panels are installed on my ceilings, almost invisible and are so good. The mirrors are fabulous - they look so stylish and are heaters! I can't recommend Infrared Heating UK highly enough.
