Sent a galaxy s22 ultra away for a screen repair for it to come back with a damaged mother board and damaged camera's that was confirmed by Samsung who wanted to charge £550 to fix
Amateurish Company
Like most others, I had little choice other than return my faulty iPad that I got from Sky to this company. My experience was that the company did not seem to be very professional at all. The link they provided to track the job never could find my job and although they were quick to answer the phone, I never had faith in them. The staff I did speak to were extremely helpful however and although I did get an email from them saying my device was out of warranty, I would have to pay almost £500 to get it repaired, when I called them to query this, I was asked the condition of the iPad (pristine) and after being put on hold was told it was a mistake and it would be repaired free of charge. The iPad was subsequently sent to Apple who exchanged it. I guess I’ll have hope the one they sent me doesn’t fail (I have little faith in Apple products now)
It doesn’t get much worse than this
It doesn’t get much worse than this. The name “Warner” immediately makes you think, big company, safe hands, fair and legal. DONT BE FOOLED. If they manage to send your product at all, it’s likely to be damaged, and even then, getting a response is horrendously hard, and eventually, if you push, a low intelligence copy and paste executive called SCOTT will reply with no support Whatsoever, they won’t even provide returns labels.
A truly awful company which should be avoided at all costs. Even their response below, if they provide one, will be a lie, to make other review readers think they care, but simply do not believe them and do not purchase from them, it’s a trick! Simple as that, they need a serious review and i am taking my complaint to the ombudsman.
Absolute clowns
Absolute clowns. Wanted to charge me £300 for a repair on some Beats headphones which cost £129 to buy in the first place. They told me they are out of warranty but they were purchased 10 months ago from Amazon and invoice provided.
This is because Apple have the wrong date in their serial number / warranty database.
I set my iPhone 12 mini back and it was…
I set my iPhone 12 mini back and it was perfect no damage or cracks to sky and I’m truly shocked sky uses these cowboy scammers and sky want £28 quid for a massive crack at the back on the phone on which I call that BS and I’ve ask sky to do another major review on the phone I sent back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED AND SHUT DOWN.
Bogus repair fees and falsified voided warranty reports
My Beats Fit Pro were sent to this company by Amazon after I reported ANC failure and a high-pitched buzzing noise.
In future, I know to go directly to Apple because this company is nothing but cowboy scammers.
They had my headphones in their possession for three weeks, only to email me to say my warranty was void because a mesh was missing in the left ear. This cosmetic issue apparently is sufficient to negate the actual hardware fault. Crazy!
My options were to have my Beats returned to me, unrepaired or pay a whopping £115 to replace the mesh (bear in mind these headphones cost £159, so that is extortionate for a flimsy piece of plastic held in place by glue).
I had them returned to me... only to discover my headphones appeared used, covered in somebody else's ear wax and the mesh present in both ears!
Imagine if I had paid that bogus repair fee? SCAM!
Absolutely horrible wholesaler

Warning to Resellers about Ingram Micro
Warning to Resellers: Do not buy from Ingram Micro. Our company commenced business with Ingram Micro back in the 80’s (the original Micro D). We are a pioneer Reseller in the California IT industry. Ingram Micro sadly evolved into a hollow warehouse, void of business ethics, run from an impotent call center in the Philippines. The Ingram Micro extreme decline commenced with their acquisition by the Chinese company Tianjin Tianhai, and later Platinum Equity. Long gone are their qualified IT staff in Santa Ana and Irvine California, and Buffalo New York. Under company CEO Paul Bay, Ingram Micro fails to deliver customer service, will attempt to stick you with opened products (returned by other customers), and will invoice you at their discretion. Most Resellers lack the legal resources to fight this dangerous, predatory giant. The Ingram Micro Cloud business is a poor performing AWS wannabe. Their abysmal distribution/logistics business is one big sh-t show compared to industry leaders such as Scansource, or Synnex-TechData. Do yourself a big favor and avoid purchasing from this failing and ruthless distributor. Unfortunately, we learnt this the hard way. Buyer beware.

I didn’t realise how incompetent Ingram was until I saw these reviews because I thought foolishly that Sky would have more sense but obviously not as they still use them,So when I thinking about swapping my 8 month old Samsung Galaxy A33 for an IPhone they offered me £20 no there is not a 0 missing so obviously I kept the phone but after 6 weeks or so it started doing all sorts of strange things so I had to send it to Ingram as it was still under warranty and they quoted £116 to repair it and when I asked what was wrong with it they said that they didn’t know as they had not done a diagnostic test so I told them to send it back and have now sent it to Samsung.

Claimed off Nationwide Flex plus insurance for a phone that was damaged after dropping it. Power button missing and volume button stuck. Fast service and good communication. My phone looks like new. They have replaced the complete shell and screen and I am very happy with the overall service given.
Shame o2 use them
Shame o2 use them. Was told I have high standards (as I expected my samsung fold screen not to randomly damage and go black then be asked to pay to repair it as the screen is damaged) when I questioned this they said the screen protector is damaged?? I can't actually believe a company as big as O2 and Amazon use them
Computer says no attitude, rip off
Very poor attitude. My phone was referred to this company via Amazon for a cracked phone camera screen. I forgot to replace the SIM tray before sending it off but thought nothing of it.
This was highlighted on their quote. I phoned and said that I would pay for the repair but wouldn't pay out of principle for a piece of plastic we both knew I didn't need. The guy on the phone was grumpy on the phone and I was met with a "computer says no" attitude regarding the SIM tray. Some nonsense about them having to fully complete the repair.
I phoned back 20 minutes later and requested that they return my phone, which arrived the next day (only positive part of my experience).
I subsequently took my phone to Armaphone at my local ASDA who did the job in 5 days for £10 less than these guys quoted.
Scammers!
Scammers!
These guys are used by a number of mobile phone service providers for their phone recycling program.
I sent a phone to them that was 100% in perfect condition and totally encased in bubble wrap on top of the crappy packaging they provided. When they recieved my phone they notified me that the screen was broken (foolishly I hadn't taken photos before hand) and reduced my payment amount by 80%!!!!
Whats particularly unscrupulous is that all they need to do to bolster their income is claim that everything has arrived broken and then blame the courier service.
Would 100% never use any business that would be affiliated to these shysters.
My new iPhone had problems,
My new iPhone had problems, freezing up and shutting down were the worst ones. My carrier ,Cricket wireless uses Asurion insurance. After filing a claim, the new phone was replaced with a remanufactured phone by Ingram Micro Mobility. It lasted about two weeks before the screen warped and pulled away from the back case. Asurion wants me to pay another $130.00 for a phone that lasted 2 weeks?
I think this company is part of some…
I think this company is part of some sort of scam running phone company promotions , they will take you in circles and will make sure you give up claiming the product,Malcolm their manager will make sure that after a very long telephone call will try to mislead you with a lot of useless information, 1 star is to much for this company, I don’t know how nobody has taken a legal action against them 👎👎👎
Utter crap service
Absolutely craptastic service, won't take responsibility, impossible to get a straight answer from them, and will use ANY excuse to delay proceedings against them.
I contracted them through Three Recycle, and shipped off my device with the return shipping label they've provided. The parcel was lost during transit, and for weeks, their contact personnel has given me the runaround claiming that to get any kind of compensation, I will need to go through Royal Mail - which is a flat out lie.
After multiple threats of going through small claims court to get compensated for my losses, they FINALLY called me, only to ask for an extension on the deadline I specified. I naively given them the extension, only to be greeted by absolutely no response, and no further way to contact them.
At the end I had to go through small claims court due to their ignorance of the issue.
DO NOT ever deal with this piece of crap company. Take your money and your device elsewhere.
Tried to open business cash account for…
Tried to open business cash account for order ~ £10k, provided many documents but according to their onboarding team (Alison) official HMRC documents are not proof of address.
took the business to another box shifter with less attitude.
Received my Phone back without the included accessories
Amazon used this Service to repair my 1 year old Xiaomi Mi 11T.
As per request I sent my phone with charging Cable + the case that was on my phone at the Time.
I also asked the Amazon representative if any Data was going to get deleted (not too much of a problem since I backed most of it up)
A week Later I get the box containing a phone....
And nothing else
No charger, no case, and no Data
Please save yourself the Trouble and DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES
Ingram Micro trading as O2 recycle
Ingram Micro trading as O2 recycle
6 month old Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra original quote was £464 actual quote received £92 because of the magical screenburn that seems to affect every phone thats sent to them also text received on a friday witb a 48hr window to accept or decline, again the same as everyone else they have tried to con out of their money/devices. They rely on people being clueless about tech to get away with offering a pittance for devices. Customer service with them is absolutely useless.
Please dont be fooled for screenburn to occur an OLED screen found on the likes of the S22 needs to be left powered on with a single static image left on the screen continuously for 4 months before any damage would occur! When they tell you that they have been able to repair the screenburn (which I was also told could happen) they can't. Its permanent damage but it is a great excuse to magically pay you the correct amount for your undamaged phone.
O2 recycle used to be amazing until they swapped to using a third party company Ingram Micro to recycle their devices.
