The above one star rating is selected with `tongue in cheek`, it should really be an eighth of one star. I used this Company for many years. Prior to Brexit they posted direct to me in France, following Brexit they were no longer able to do this, and so, I gave them my English address which worked for two orders after a great deal of trouble getting hold of the proprietor. They now acknowledge nothing even when posting letters and/or empty cartridges to them by Royal Mail.
The Company should immediately be removed from all listings.

Seems they've done a runner. Tried to order today but 'vendor account closed' so couldn't. Website needs removing immediately. Thieves!

After years of perfectly good and reliable service, it appears no longer to be trading. When trying to pay recently, met by 'vendor's account closed'. No reply to my website query, so now looking elsewhere.

I think they may have stopped trading or have been hacked.

Their service was always so good, next day Monday to Friday. Always at the end of the phone,

placed an order in May 23 still haven't received order or been able to contact ink2U. I am self employed and cannot afford to loose £49.99. Avoid these con men. disgraceful

Placed an order May 23 and not received. No reply to my chase ups, great difficulty finding phone number, when I did there was no answer.
I checked them out on Companies House records and not encouraging!

No product received and no response to my repeated requests for information.
I had used this company for a number of years for supply of ink cartridges and had previously thought highly of their service, but the last two orders have been disastrous.
Before Christmas my order went astray and it was late January before it was resolved. Now I am still chasing an order that was placed in March and have had no response from them to repeated attempts to find out what is happening. I spent over £70 and still have not received the product. Worst of all, I have had no response to my attempts to communicate.

Placed order on March for around £18 not received the order. I have contacted them more than 4 times now with no response. A shame.

I think they must have folded.
I've been using this company for many years with no problems. Now they have failed to deliver an order and it's impossible to communicate with them.

I wish I'd looked at this site before I ordered. The business must have gone under as they are not responding to any form of contact I have made - and I have made several. They were brilliant for YEARS and now... nothing. I'm going to ask my bank to refund the money.

Really disappointed - ordered a week ago - I can not afford to spend £41 odd for cartridges that are clearly not going to be delivered judging by the reviews on here. Checked them out on Company House website - accounts overdue - still taking the money knowing they can’t supply the goods is about as low as you can get. Avoid this company!

do not give these people your money i ordered cartridges 2 weeks ago, i have never received them. i have messaged them twice and have no reply also the phone is not answered.

Further to the review below, I tried agan with internal message and this tme stated that I was seriously considering legal action, as it was not so much the money lost, but being 'done' that got to me. In short order I had an email apologising and stating that it had 'slipped through the craks' and the supplier had stopped handling this cartrideg ( this in spite of their site blog stating that they used NO outsde suppliers) and they were refunding my 25 Pounds-odd. Surprisingly, a few days later the money arrived back in my account. So, anyone still 'waiting' might possibly try the same gambit. ( added 01/4/2023 =========================
I have had the same experience as many shown below. Cartidge ordered on march 9th and not received by 14th,, so sent message on their site noting this. No reply, although they claim to reply within 24 hours. Tried again on the 16th, (today 01823 665141 ) but with no hope - after reading these complaints. Also tracked down a phone number ( not shown ontheir site) First time trying it today a message stated that it was busy at the moment, but with several later tries the number just rings without ever being answered. Apparently having had a previous good record, one is inclined to presume that this is yet another small firm, of the thousands forced out of business by the lockdowns, etc. As still advertising, they may well be pulling in all the dosh they can as last-minute effort.

Sadly zero stars isn't an option, so I'll have to give one, but the amount of poor reviews on here is very telling.

Have used this company for over 10 years with no issues, but in January I encountered the same bad customer service that is a common theme on Trust Pilot.

I ordered ink cartridges but they were the wrong ones (my own fault) and e-mailed Ink2U to ask if I could return them (they are unopened) in exchange for the correct ones, and pay the extra.

No reply 14 days later so e-mailed again. No reply 14 days after that so contacted them through their 'Contact Us' section on their website. Twice. Still no reply.

Wrote a letter - yes a letter, in this day and age! - and still heard nothing.

Utterly shoddy after sales services and I'm now stuck with £39 worth of cartridges that are no use to me.

Avoid this company at all costs!

Seems like I am not the only one to experience poor service from ink2u. Apparently dispatched on Monday now Saturday, filled in three forms asking where my inks are and no response whatsoever.

Ordered inks in January now 11th Feb 2023 still not arrived sent emails and messages many times and had no response at all, tried phoning and number is no such number this company takes your money immediately on order by pay pal and do not send goods I am going to report this to trading standards and see what they have to say.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY INKS2U they are rip off merchants disgusting how they are trading I urge people not to use them at all
