Ordered a black HP high capacity ink cartridge 3 weeks ago hasn't arrived but the money has been taken from my account. Also my credit card was compromised so had to order a new one. Something's happened to this company which i used for years. I think Trading Standards needs to go and pay these visit as they are still advertising.

No communication. Premises nobody there. Crooks

Used to be very efficient but I have had problems with recent orders and found them impossible to contact. Their website encourages you to speak to their friendly staff but gives no phone number. I scoured the web but all the numbers I found were "unobtainable". The message box on their website seems to be ignored. There is no email address.
Last time I go anywhere near this lot.

I ordered the incorrect ink for my printer by accident and have been trying to return the order for nearly a week now by sending email after email. They have not been answering my emails and there is no number to call. Terribly service. I used them for years but never again.

Ordered ink for next day delivery...paid for it and 8 days later still no ink...no customer service response despite several emails to them..no customer service number available to call.
Now i have to rely on my bank to action a refund on my behalf.

Avoid this company.

Used them for over 10 years, now they don't answer the phone, emails and there are massive delays on orders of up to 2 weeks.
Have had to change supplier.

Ordering is so simple. Despatch notice clear and arrival prompt. Cartridge wkrked perfectly straight out of the wrapper. What more can you ask? Well done Ink2U!

This company has somehow obtained my bank card details and have been taking money out of my account all week with multiple transactions. Ive attempted to contact the company through their website but they have not responded. I’ve had to cancel my debit card to prevent further payments. Dodgy company!

I have bought ink cartridges from this company many times over the last 11 years, and all orders has been completed until now. The order I placed in January 2019 was not completed. I received the black ink cartridges, after a delay and prompting by me as to where the order was, but not the colour cartridges.
The company is not responed to emails or contact through thier website. They have taken payment for the goods but have not delivered! I can only conclude that this business is in serious trouble.
