0 stars for a poor,faulty product

Innoteck Kitchen Pro SteamAier Fryer.
I registered the warranty last week
.
A quick read through the instructions, and followed the before use instructions- wash down with soapy water, then a 15 minute air fry burn in, and I planned to immediately do the steam first use burn in.
It was just after the air fry burn in, I tried to do the initial steam flush through, but on turning on the device I got an error code E1 on the LCD display.
Absolutely nothing in the user manual about error codes, so a quick google search advised the unit safety cut out had activated due to overheating.
Unplugged, left to self reset and 30 minutes I was able to do the steam flush, but once again at the end of the process error E1 shows again.
At the moment,I no longer have a functioning main oven so I was relying on this air fryer for quick meals whilst we wait for the new oven to be fitted.
I’ve previously owned a Hysapienta air fry oven and a Ninja dual drawer air fryer, both of which have given me value for money and worked well well past guarantee expiry.
After careful consideration, reading online reviews and comparing prices, based on that criteria I decided to purchase from Innoteck.
As previously mentioned, we have no main oven, so after the initial E1 errors, I tried to cook a frozen Pizza, something I have previously done with previous air fryers. Set the temperature to 180 for 15 minutes on air fry setting. Kept an eye on the cooking process throughout, and after the 15 minutes expired,I was ready to serve the Pizza, but it was still quite underdone on the base, so I tried to turn it back on for 5 minutes to finish the cooking process, but the E1 error code showed again, so the Pizza went in the bin and we’ve had to order a takeaway for dinner.
So now,I am down £131 for the air fryer, the price of 2 pizzas (£6) and almost £30 on an unplanned takeaway.
So far my experience of this Innoteck product is very negative. There is no way a family meal for even 2 people could be cooked in it- even if it was functioning correctly, but the error code lockout means that the cooking times cannot be adjusted and when it cuts out I have to wait 30 minutes for it to reset.
This is totally unacceptable , as my previous air fryers have allowed to use it again immediately after removing a cooked item.
I have years of experience using air fryers and expected so much more from this product, based on user reviews and bought especially for the added steam function.
I will also be contacting Wayfair with a request for them to remove this product from sale.

Extremely dis-appointed

The initial issue with constant cutting out still exists over a week later. Contacted both Innoteck for warranty claim( which they refused and said it was the retailers responsibility to honour the warranty - new one on me,I always thought they were manufacturer warranty), Innoteck told me to claim a refund from Wayfair, and to bin the faulty product- no offer of replacement/ repair. I then contacted Wayfair, who have issued a refund and also told me to bin the air fryer.

I would strongly advise avoiding Innoteck and its products.

The air fryer is now at the corporation tip,as it is not fit for purpose

Excellent, so far

Ordered Friday evening, my 12L air fryer was dispatched Saturday and arrived Sunday.
A well made bit of kit which seems to work fine so far. Time will tell, as my skills improve!

The Handle on the 12 ltr air fryer has…

The Handle on the 12 ltr air fryer has now broken for the second time.(this was a replacement for the first handle to break) I feel this is a fault that will keep on happening unfortunately.
I have been waiting for a week for the replacement door to be back in stock (yes have to buy the whole door) even though I was told by customer sevices that it would be in stock last friday. Just not good enough, otherwise I would have given more stars

15 months of use with the DS5975 Airfryer

I have had the DS5975 Airfryer for 15 months. This is at the cheaper end of the range and with quality to match.
Beware the shelves which are somewhat loose when in position. The shelves have a habit of dropping out of their slots this spilling boiling liquid from hot cooking dishes both inside and outside the cooker resulting in occasional burns which could be regarded as a health and safety issue. Set of replacement shelves came quickly but with identical problem. The handle on the fryer lid has just broken on my fryer with little confidence in being able to be supplied with a replacement. (out of stock). The handle for removing the shelves has never fitted properly and instills no confidence in it's use. The panel control knob is like a skittish kitten, very sensitive with its habit of being annoying to use. Maybe this has now been changed. The rotisserie is somewhat gimmicky and very awkward to us, being only sufficient for a small chicken. Very tempted to joint the chicken and use the chip drum. Apart from these comments it does what it says in the tin with plenty of oven space. The inside is very easy to clean.users should be aware that the lower level of the fryer sends a blast of extremely hot air down onto any working surface. For this reason our fryer is stood on an inch of Ceramic floor tiles so as not to damage the expensive fitted kitchen worktop, plus a suitable metal tray to catch the inevitable crumbs and loose bits and to redirect the hot blast upwards.

I ordered a 30l air fryer from this…

I ordered a 30l air fryer from this store. It's quite a large item, approximately the size of my microwave oven and it has a rotisserie too
I'm blown away by this product. It's utterly amazing and aside from my soup maker it's the best kitchen product I've ever owned.
I pretty much use this for all my cooking now as it's absolutely fantastic.

Outstanding product I'm thrilled.

I cannot fault the after sales service…

I cannot fault the after sales service of Innoteck. I was really pleased with the air fryer I bought but it developed a small fault, I emailed the company about it, they emailed me back straight away and sent me a replacement in 4 days. I will recommend them to anyone as a company that actually knows what customer service is.

Cook Book

We ordered and paid for the cook book for £6.99
we anticipated a well prepared and informative BOOK
not the cheap booklet which while containig recipies no ordinary families would consider cooking for a main meal
An absolute waste of money even if offered as a freeby
all we wanted was how to cook chips and pizza no help at all

Exactly what I wanted.
