Never buying any of their stuff again.
After sales assistance absolutely useless. I emailed asking what type of replacement brew head gasket seal I needed and where I could buy them. It took a week of going round and round in circles, including me sending a full photo of the machine I bought and a photo of the model No. etc underneath until they finally sent me a photo of the coffee holder and asked me which part I wanted! I mean, surely they could have asked somebody who might have an idea of what a brew head gasket up. They could even have looked it up on the internet! I've given up. Never buying any of their stuff again.

Fantastic service and product
Fantastic service and product. I have a large airfryer oven and it's been fantastic. I accidentally broke the glass door when cleaning it when it was hot. The company were fantastic at responding to me and allowing me to purchase the glass for the door by itself without replacing the unit. Thank you!
