A must for a kitchen!

Its like a mini oven and I dont use my oven anymore.
I was looking for a proofing function in this size and it has it.
Food cooks very well and crisp. I use the air fry for a very short time .
The dial is self explanatory and with few trials you can learn quickly. My only complain is the book which lacks explanation. There is no grill function as such but you could keep at a high temperature for the amount if time you wish.
I bought the cylindrical mesh basket for the rotisserie function and its amazing.
Amazon reviews help in finding answers if in doubt. Im still giving 5* bcos its still very useful as I do even toast in it!!

Not impressed

Not impressed. I hadn't thought of posting on Trustpilot unit I received a request to answer a few questions about my purchase. First I added Air Fryer and was then confronted by questions about Innoteck lighting. I responded with my thoughts to the original email sales@.... but this was 'not monitored' (unusal for a sales address). I then forwarded to a service address and no reply.
Here are my thoughts / observations:-

1. Not long after purchasing, the label on the front ‘smeared’ – I was told this was probably a bubble ‘during’ manufacture or assembly. I just used a cleaner to remove it all.
2. The air fryer drips from time to time – I was told this is common place and nothing wrong with the product
3. The drip tray, perhaps, 3-4mm deep(needs to be deeper) and is a really cumbersome or potentially dangerous to deal with if it contains a chicken with fat / juices.
4. The rotisserie – probably missing the required degree in rotisserie loading – but found impossible to ‘load’ correctly such that the chicken was loaded evenly. It struggled for ages then suddenly turned the corner and continued to slowly recover until the next lurch forward
5. Needless to say, with a chicken on the rotisserie there is no room for any other items. I place the chicken on the drip tray then use an upper tray for – say – potatoes
6. The wire trays – great at first glance – but tend to stick to many things and then difficult to clean (i.e. with bits of cooked food attached). Now use a 'holed' liner.

On a positive side the air fryer just about halves the time to roast a chicken (pretty normal Sunday roast).

I guess I have learned what to ‘avoid when buying an air fryer’ when I choose to replace the unit.

I bought a different brand of air fryer…

I bought a different brand of air fryer which is very good, but the trays and shelves Are very poor quality luckily the trays from your 30 inch air fryer that you discontinued Perfectly, the quality is amazing and the value for money even better it’s a shame you discontinued yours. I would imagine it was excellent.

Indicator casing came off

Both the indicator casing came off the moment I on the switch to get rid of the industrial smell as instructed. And they don't fit back anymore. I think it's due to the heat that makes the casing come loose and falls off.

Faulty airfryer

I have an air fryer which has a faulty door and wont turn on to cook food. Contacted innotek who bluntly said out of warranty cant help, replied asking for advice on where to fix and they have completely ignored my emails. Wouldn’t waste money quality is poor lasted just a little over a year before breaking!

The quality is good but still not satisfied

The quality is good. But i am not happy with the product. Blender jug doesn't blend properly, leave bits in there. Grinding jar works fine but when you grind something powder come out of the grinder while you grinding it. Only the juicer works fine.
