Easy to use saves so much time cooks it all to perfection

I bought an air fryer for Christmas for my husband which was used once before the light stopped working. I got in touch with the company who were extremely helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent. The new one works perfectly, the company kept me up to date with what was happening and when the new one would be delivered. They even arranged for the old one to be collected so I didn’t have to take it anywhere myself. Would definitely buy from them again!

Loving the Kitchen pro 30ltr. It's a fantastic oven cooked a chicken on the rotisserie it was amazing. Roast potatoes are great. We have made pizza, and it's better than in our big oven. Bagel, bread and toast all done to perfection. Bacon, sausage and tomato cook really well too. The only comment I could make is that I would have liked more information about baking potatoes and a few other bits. But we love the oven. Money well spent.

I ordered a lava lamp for a Christmas present. The lamp base wasn't working. Contacted Innoteck who sent me a replacement which arrived within 48 hours! Great communication and prompt resolution without any problem. Great example of fantastic customer service.

Helpful on the phone then ordered on line for accessories for the 30 ltr oven. Great price and great service. Only adverse point, they use Hermes, which changed to the new name. They are unreliable and whilst it did arrive, it was late and didn't relate to the online tracking information.

Lovely item, it’s small but mighty. The extra heads are very useful. And due to it being slightly lighter it’s much easier to use on Harder to reach places.

Upon emailing Innoteck about my Air Fryer developing a heating element issue they were very quick to respond and resolved the issue within a 4 day period. They went above and beyond to not only resolve the issue but to also ease my mind. Will definitely be making future purchases from these guys and cannot thank them enough. I made a simple error whilst ordering an air fryer, I bought 2 instead of 1.
Innoteck quickly understood my predicament and promptly deleted one order and refunded my money.
