Very easy to find what you want and to order. I bought a halogen oven, which was despatched quickly, although I was less impressed that they used Amazon Logistics as a courier. I didn't go to the Amazon site to buy my product. I went straight to the company that makes it. I don't use Amazon because of their appalling employment practices, so it was disappointing that they still got some business from me.

I ordered and paid £200 for an air fryer from their website on 20Nov 2023 , delivery was very quick it arrived 2 days later unfortunately the box it came in was damaged very badly and the sellotape holding it had been cut , the outside box was undamaged so the damage was obviously done before it was put in another box to send to me . On opening the air fryer was damaged on several places including the door and top and the polystyrene inside not complete. I contacted them straight away and provided pictures . They agreed to collect it the next day via dpd and said when it was collected a new 1 would be dispatched , it wasnt. I was then told 1 would be dispatched Mon 27 Nov and tracking would be sent yet again it wasnt so I rang and was told its black Friday and what did I expect they had lots of orders and mine would still be dispatched on Monday and to just wait for an email with tracking . Its Tuesday 28 Nov still no notifications of dispatch so I've asked for a refund , I await a reply but won't hold my breath and will update my review once this matter is finally sorted

I had an issue with my machine that I purchased from Amazon.
After 8 weeks when the Amazon returns had expired the machine developed a small fault, so I contacted the company directly and they couldn't have been more helpful, they answered the phone when you called them and there is a human at their end who deals with any issues. They sent me a replacement machine very quickly

I had had a hot air cooker before and that was a dismal failure. This one seemed to do all that was asked of it. I did have a query and they soon gave me an answer.

Everything to be fair and honest. The wicker baskets will serve the purpose. I love them! Delivery was also smooth.

Found what I needed and placed order, had notice of its delivery journey and received my order quickly. This was a repeat order so I could gift massager to family. Very pleased with quality and performance, much better than cheaper similar items available elsewhere. Would highly recommend this. Good product, good service.
