Excellent service, just sad your product isn’t steriliser safe

This product is a life saver!
I now don't have to worry about boiling a kettle and using boiling water in a bowl to heat up my breastmilk.

I get this machine ready put it on and by the time I've changed my little one and got him ready for a feed the bottle is ready!
Yes it takes about 7 minutes, but at least I know that when it is done it is the correct and right temperature. Not guessing every time with the boiling water and constantly checking on my wrist.

Whilst waiting for the product to be delivered Sam from INOBY contacted me to inform of later shipment and offered discount if I still wanted to wait or give a refund. Took the offer of discount and didn’t have to wait that long before the product arrived.

Inoby milk warmer has been a lifesaver for us. Our baby will only drink the milk warm so we needed something compact to take with us on the go. Best purchase so far, already bought a few more adapters. Definitely recommend!!

We have the portable bottle warmer and we don’t go anywhere without it! It has saved us in so many situations to quickly heat up milk for a very hungry baby. Cant recommend this bottle warmer enough (just wish I knew about it with my first baby)! It heats up the milk to the perfect temperature, easy to clean and compact to travel with. I also have the complete weaning set in pink, and it’s my favourite weaning kit I’ve seen so far, as it comes with so many bits, and the plate has a lid on it to travel with or to store any leftover food for later in the fridge.

I have bought the bottle warmer and the complete weaning set from Inoby and both products are fab. I received the weaning set in blue, but had wanted the pink. I emailed Inoby to exchange, and they sent the pink set without issue plus a returns label so I could send the blue set back. The customer service I received from Inoby was professional, quick and faultless. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a company.

Great innovative product, and amazing customer service. I have been with them since the start with their first version of the product, they took feedback in and now come up with even better version 2. You guys are awesome can't go anyone with the 2 little one without it.

A great little device when out and about! Also love the fact you can keep it warm for 2 hours after warming and I love that you can purchase additional adaptors

Really good product but battery gets used fast.
Was using it for home feeds but think it's purely for 'on the go' feeds as battery lasts a few days before need to charge again

Was a gift for my daughter, who is expecting & due on December 5th.
This was on her list & was very pleased with it.

I could not recommend this weaning set or Inoby as a company enough. We discovered them when we bought the bottle warmers. Now my twins are weaning I had my eye on the weaning set and the bowl and plate set and I couldn’t be happier. Dishwasher safe, BPA free and great suction to stop cheeky hands pulling them off the table. I have had so many compliments on them and the selection of colours is great and so tasteful. From the beginning iv had 10/10 customer service and I couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend this company time after time.
