Victoria at the Bakewell Inov8 store was simply amazing. She was attentive, knowledgeable and understanding of my wife and I. We were looking for fell trainers and she went through the range of options thoroughly so we got the right fit. Couldn’t recommend highly enough A+++. Also highlighted the Renov8 options for my old kit.

An excellent range of clothing and footwear but to as good as that was, the staff made the visit and purchases as pleasant as it could have been.
Both of the ladies (apologies if I'm being presumptive 😬) were helpful, friendly and clearly engaged with making the customer experience the best possible without pushing - quite honestly, the best store experience I've had for a very long time!

Great shop in Bakewell, Derby.
Very friendly staff... Let us take our muddy bikes in.
Good range of kit. Bought a really nice midlayer, with hood, and unlike other brands, very slim pockets. Ideal to store a card and hankie. Can see I'll get lots of use from it, for hill walking, running, sailing. And going to the pub.
Would have stayed for coffee, but had a bus to catch (we were on folding bikes)
