Excellent staff and service
I visited the Bakewell store for some trail running shoes. I didn’t get the name of the lady who helped me but she was amazing. Friendly, knew her stuff, thorough and lovely to chat with. Sorted me out and got the shoes I needed. I visited 2/1/2026

Great Service
The sales advisor took time to get the fit correct It was challenging for her to find the footwear I wanted as most styles were out of stock She managed to order the footwear I wanted and they arrived exactly when she said they would Overall great service but poor stock availability hence 4 stars

Fantastic, knowledgeable staff.
Bought my first pair of Innovate trainers and they certainly won’t be the last. Very knowledgeable and honest sales staff, lots of long-distance running experience - would definitely recommend a visit.

The inov8 shop in bakewell is environmentally friendly
The inov8 shop in bakewell is excellent, staff are friendly, you can try on many items of kit, there is a great range of shoes. inov8 recycling policy means i can enjoy running in the countryside in kit that is notbad for the environment.
