Great shoe out of the box. Fit is true to size. Has just the right amount of cushion for me. I run mostly on pavement with a little bit of trail and these fit the bill perfectly. After a less than stellar pair of shoes, which could was partially on me for getting the wrong type of shoe. Inov8 is back to being my favorite brand for workout sneakers.

The Roadfly provides the perfect blend of comfort and ground feel. I'm able to utilize the shoe for recovery and tempo runs. It's my go-to all around shoe. The "Lower" stack height does not adversely affect my gait, which is often the case with the higher stack shoes currently on the market. It's "refreshing" to run in these shoes! I also run in the Trailfly and Trailfly speed.

I love all my Inov8 shoes, but until they didn't do road shoes. I wanted to stay brand loyal so when these came up I gave them a go. It was like putting on a pair of your favourite slippers. They were immediately perfectly comfortable. I went half a size up to make sure my feet had room to move. Just enough cushioning to run in the road, but not so much that you can't feel the ground. Love them. Please now make them in a crazy colour.

This is my second pair of roadfly. My first pair have covered about 900km and are still in remarkably good condition. I have used them on a mix of road, poorly surfaced country lanes and dry(mostly) trails, up to approx 16km..There is some minor wear to the outsole but by no means worn out at all. The uppers are still in excellent condition. The midsole foam is just starting to creak a bit, still feels fine but retired them from long runs and will still use them for the beach etc. Super value for money I think. The fit is fantastic for my big wide feet so I'll keep coming back for more as long as they are available. 10/10 ps male, 82kg, size 13 wide

Have only worn on 2 runs (20k total) but happy so far. Ideal for uneven, frosty, wet, leaf covered, muddy country roads and village paths I typically run on-quite a surprising amount of grip. Comfy out the box, I went for the same size as a pair of trailflys I tried on a while ago (which I regrettably didn’t buy and what I got instead blisters me to no end), as I couldn’t try them on in person. As has already been said about the shoe online, they’re not exactly ‘bouncy’ so not sure I’d use them on a track or for a race, but I don’t think you need that all the time. Whilst there is no water resistance, paired with decent socks my feet felt dry quite quickly after sloshing through a puddle.

Glad to be back wearing Inov8. I originally moved away from them because they were getting to narrow but now with the foot shape toe box and available wides I couldn’t be happier. The road fly 14 wide fits perfectly and feels great even at 235lbs.
