Inspiration changes the way my brain retains and processes information. I am so pleased to have this tool. I am once again using it to project plan, rather than for an essay, this time I am using it to plan my PhD applications. As always, helping me to write more clearly as I am able to visualise the whole using inspiration and form links between the concepts I am communicating. I recommend inspiration as a valuable tool for planning and visualising topics and written work.

I cannot fault the service I recieved recently from the Inspiration team.
Having been left without my product key for my software, when my laptop finally gave up its life I couldnt reinstall it without the key. I emailed the team who were more than happy to help.
They also gave me advice about upgrading to the newest version which I chose to do instead.
The software has been so helpful and can be used for day-to-day tasks not just in an education setting.

I cannot copy paragraph format (bullet levels) from word into inspiration maps. That really disappoints me a lot.

An amazing piece of software that is super easy to use helping you to streamline ideas and thoughts enabling effective learning, recall and creation of plans.

I have to keep reinstalling it and it is fustrating fix it please.

Use Inspiration to expand the thinking of my learners as they encounter and become active in their use of the Information Environment. Many of them are new to the use of structured multi-factor brainstorming and analysis, either solo or in groups. This complex of ideas and templates adds acres of new possibilities to their intellectual landsapes.

OK but a little bit confusing on instructions and where to go

I have one problem which is storage capacity. Current versions are much too low as I have mentioned in several reviews over the past two weeks. I need 100 MEG. If you can do that it would be great.

Inspiration is a great product and Tech Ed is a great company. They are responsive and helpful. I would (and have) recommend Inspiration and Tech Ed to my friends without hesitation.

I'm a long-time user (25 years) of Inspiration in Texas. I'm pleased that Tech Ed Marketing is keeping it going. Support has been excellent. This is a nice review method. Normally I don't repond to review requests.

I have been using Inspiration since version 1.2. I am now on version 10. I even kept an older computer to run my version during the time that Inspiration was not upgraded and made for Windows so I could still use my older version (5). I am totally pleased with this application. It is the first tool I go to when I am trying to organize by thoughts and information for writing.

Great job. Great software. Want to run it on another computer. How do I proceed.

Their customer service is excellent. Very quickly they explained my older version 8 was no longer supported and offered a Trial version of 10. It accepted all my version 8 data (thank goodness), and I purchased 10 for my PC and backup Laptop.

I could input the Japanese text in the data!!

Since the beginning and until now, Inspiration is a wonderful tool!

I use only the Outline feature of Inspiration, but I have beeen using it since it first was published. Since I develop a lot of strategic plans, projects, and Bible studies, I use the outline in many different ways many hours a day. Inspiration was recommended to me by a group of west coast writers many years ago when my then-favorite, Grandview, was acquired and then tanked. Inspiration was, and has been, far better and gives me nearly all of the functionality I need. The recent upgrade solved a problem, and they have accepted ideas for a few added minor features that would speed productivity. I do hope that Inspiration continues to be available and improve for many years to come.

Excellent software. Highly recommended.
