The staff were friendly... But
The staff were friendly. The ordering system was easy on line. The reason for the three stars were, the problem was that when we turned up collect the item, (after getting an email to say that it was ready to collect), it was not there and it would have to be ordered. We ask if it could be sent to another store because it would be easier to collect from there (that store didn't have stock). They said that it couldn't be sent there and we would have to come back and collect. They ordered it in and we collected it. The service this was good again.

Online order not ready when agreed
The items I ordered were not available when I arrived at the Tuggeranong store at the agreed time. I had arranged a lift to collect them which was annoying. I was told that the Tuggeranong store does not stock the items. The items were then ordered and I was told they will be available tomorrow. Hope I am not disappointed.
