I have had the privilege of shopping with Inspiration Paints for many years, where the guys have provided both friendly and professional advice with prompt service. During lockdown the guys have continued to provide this service and have made purchasing online easy.

Ordered click and collect. Website showed the paint I wanted was in stock so I ordered it and nominated pick up time that was part of the ordering process. When picking up I was told it wasnt in stock and they would have to order it. Apparently they send an email when order is ready. If this is the case they should remove the pick up nomination time and ad message that an email will be sent when order is ready. They did subsitute to another type of paint to get me out of a pickle.

Very disappointed in the process with Inspiration Paint today. Firstly, the process was not ‘click and collect’. Nothing was ready upon arrival. When customers arrive, they show their order and the staff member goes inside to start collecting the order. This isn’t ‘click and collect’ at all. Because of this, I waited out the front of the store for over 30 minutes. There was always at least four people waiting at any one time. I didn’t expect to have to wait in a small crowd during lockdown. Further, the actual order could not be completed. I was told upon arrival that two of the things we’d ordered were not available and in fact, one product isn’t stocked at all. Why was this not obvious on the website? I was told it needed to be ordered in, but we placed the order almost a week ago. I hope it was ordered already. I then had to buy a replacement roller set because the one we’d ordered wasn’t available and I had to pay for it even though I’d already paid for the order prior. So now Inspiration Paint owe us a refund, which I didn’t realise at the time. Not a good experience, I would implore the store to have orders ready to go in the morning before opening.

Great Service and nothing is to much trouble

Ordered online paid went to click and collect they were out of stock a little annoying but they ordered product and was in 3 days later service was great.

Easy to order and had an immediate response about item being out of stock for a couple of days. A lot quicker then a large hardware store.
