We are in quarantine due to Covid19.
Inspirations were very helpful over the phone talking through what we would need to complete our projects while we spend 14 days at home.
Ordering online was effortless (although should have prices available on the overview screen so you don’t have to click the product to find out). They even rang us back to talk us through our selections & ensure we didn’t need anything else.
Delivery was fast & we had it within the day as a contactless delivery to door.

Great service, awesome range, competitive pricing and exactly what you expect from a "Click and Collect" process. I was super impressed with the ease of navigating the website and the friendly phone call to discuss options due to not having one brand of a paintbrush that I ordered.

Staff was helpful. Advice on what to do, type of paint and how much paint neede.

Much prefer buying paint here rather than Bunnings. Staff actually know what they’re talking about and provide useful advice for my projects.

Whole experience was really good. The salesperson asked what i was looking for, i told him the generic name of what i wanted (hard burnishing oil). He knew exactly what i needed and where it was.
I bought the product, joined the loyalty program and left the store feeling good.
I fully expect to return in the future.

As a customer, I received a nonchalant response to my request of obtaining some nitrile rubber disposable gloves, in my size.
After some minor investigative internet searching on my part, I managed to track down and purchase what I required from Ebay, of all places!
From experience, and for customer service and future satisfaction it might be prudent to adopt the same sort of response if one is interested in getting that customer back for future sales....

Friendly and helpful - sorted out what we wanted & talked us out of buying stuff we didn't need - & the job worked a treat! So thanks & we'll be back next time we need paint advice & supplies.

It is really appreciated when you can go into a shop and get objective and informed information for paint products. Painting is not easy and getting the right advice makes the job much easier.

Part od renovating my home, I am running multiples projects at the same time and I was confronted with few difficult scenarios I could not solve. I really needed advices from the expert. Going to Inspirations Paint at Tuggeranong was a best decision as Robert was able to demystify and provides options on all the many challenges I threw at him. Nothing like what you'd get in other 'sel-serve' shops.

Spoke to des about sorting my tiles out , recommended a great paint , gave me a rough idea on how to do it and showed me everything I needed , I have to do the floors and he put the tile paint aside for that for me , more than enough knowledge, help and support , will definitely be back

I went in looking for options for reapplying oil on my deck. The sales assistant was extremely knowledgeable about the products and explained the benefits of the products and the steps I’d have to take to get the best results. Thank you

I like going to this paint store as I get treated well and the same as the professional painters. I am not made to feel a lessor being because my knowledge is poor as I go there because I can draw on their good knowledge, a point missed by many trade oriented suppliers.
