Avoid this company they are liars.

I purchased from their alternative sales platform approx £250 worth of product. The parcel arrived in good time, there were items in the order I needed immediately so I opened and removed them. Some of them arrived damaged with the corners bent. I took pictures and they agreed they were damaged. I returned them to them at my postage expense, then only after I contacted them again did I get a refund for them including the postage which is fair. Then a few weeks later I managed to sort through the remainder of the order. This time there were a fair number of parts missing, I contacted them and again they refunded.

They then went and left feedback on my profile saying I was a liar even though I had photos to prove the damage and they agreed. It was retaliatory feedback and they should be very lucky I don't take legal action against them for defamation. All because they can't publicly admit they made a mistake. Absolutely disgraceful avoid like the plague.

I was looking online for a Playstation 3 game and came across this website. To my suprise they had the game for round the same price as CEX just cheaper postage. They had two of the same game, one opened but resealed and another factory sealed the difference between them about £3. I ordered the £4 one only to get an email 6mins later saying my order is cancelled and the item has been removed. So I went back to the website to order the more expensive one only to see the game that was cancelled now selling at £19.99 like come on at least wait till the next day maybe. I brought the £7 factory sealed game and guess what yes, canceled also. I've tried to go back to the site and it's now closed and says opening soon. I WhatsApp them as they say they are available 24hrs and I really want to know why my order was cancelled.

I got this reply.

"Im sorry but our site has not been updated for some time and therefore prices are imcorrect. We have taken our site down until such time as we are able to correct our stock imventory. Apologies.

So me buying that game made them realise their prices are wrong. It's a £4 game that you're now selling it for £20.
I can bet my mortgage that if I never tried to order the second game the site would be still up with the game selling for £20 and I bit when this website goes back up both games will be selling for £20 pounds. It's got nothing to do with incorrect prices. You just want to see a £4 game for more.

My whole life I've never come across a business so unprofessional and scummy, if your going to have a business and sell things online you need to honor the price should someone pay. Not cancel because you've checked online and seen it going for more.

Update: I found the same game on Vinted, a little more than what I wanted to pay but cheaper than the £20 it got bumped up to on this website. The game was up for £12.99 I made an offer they counter offered £11 I accepted and paid.
Again this purchase was cancelled immediately and relisted back to £12.99 I was confused because this was done without any explanation. I then went to message the seller to find out what's going on, only to find myself blocked 😅 I'm telling you I can't make this stuff up. I then looked at the profile of the seller to find out it's this same online shop also selling games on Vinted.(IVGLTD)

So let's look at this.
£4 and £7 game on their website cancelled and changed to £20.
Same game on Vinted £12.99 offer £11 but cancelled to relist for £12.99.

What part of this makes sense? I stand by what I said, unprofessional scummy and now actually childish. My purchase on Vinted was probably cancelled because of this bad review I've left on here yesterday. The 3.1 review on here speaks volumes about this family run business.

Ordered a PS2 laser and still hasn't been dispatched yet very slow in dispatch time. Contacted them via email and WhatsApp with no response at all 😔😔😔

The waiting time for replying to messages on this official website is quite long, or they simply don't reply to you.

I made a purchase on eBay can't recall the postal time but i think it was early, well packaged and item was clean.

Inspire Video Games Limited sent me 3 games (a PS1 game - boxed, and 2 Atari Lynx games - unboxed) that I purchased, well packaged, delivery was quick (dispatched on the day of purchase) and the item was exactly as was described on ebay. The Lynx games didn't want to work, but a bit of isopropyl alcohol on the pins fixed the issue. Must have been a bit of dust.
I will definitely be buying from these guys again if they have what I am looking for.

I purchased 3 Sega Game Gear carts from InSpire and was very impressed with the service.

All games were in great condition and in perfect working order. The delivery was received after only a couple of days and the carts were very packaged.

Will definitely be shopping with InSpire again in the future.

It was my first experience using eBay in my life and to be honest I did not know anything about how to track my order or how can I take it when it comes to my country, and I ask them about everything I did not know and they helped me and answer my question very quickly and they was very kind and understanding, and the game that I order was in a really good condition and backging I am so happy that I ordered from their store
