Becks was outstanding from when she became involved with my claim. Good clear communication and a real pleasure to deal with as the process progressed. My only slight issue with the process is that it... See more

This my letter to Installsure sent 16 January 2021
I made the claim on my policy on 24th September 2020 using your website after speaking to one of your claims advisors. Since that time I have had no response from Installsure after making several unanswered phone calls and subsequent emails as advised in the recorded message.
I am writing directly to your company address to see if I can get a response. Quite frankly I'm very concerned how difficult it is to get a response from your Claims Department. My Conservatory which was built In October 2016 started to leak in the summer of 2020 And because of your inaction I am having to have buckets in place when it rains.
No response - their Managing Director is Anda Gregory

Had Windows installed by Allstyle and was due remedial work in March 1920. Initial repair delayed by lockdown. Company ceased trading and I contacted Installsure through Web claim in August. Completed claim but no response or answer to left messages until I raised with Financial Ombudsman in November. It was then agreed for a survey and quote to be supplied. This was completed early December. Despite left messages and emails still no reply. Very poor service.
My name is Jean Drake I am in my eighties had new patio doors put in August 2019 the doors are bowed will not lock properly. Contacted Everest only to find all numbers are now not in use including the one to the Sales man Darren Woods Then I was informed they had gone into some sort of Liquidation??
They are still trading under the name of Everest 2020
I am pleased that people that put in orders after June 2020 will be honoured But where exactly does that put me and many others
I have contacted my local MP about this appalling situation and will keep on till something is done

MY CLAIM WAS PUT INTO INSTALLSURE AUGUST 2020
INSTALLSURE HAVE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME
PHONE CALLS AND E MAILS ARE IGNORED
MAKES ME WONDER WHAT EXACTLY IS GOING ON
DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM
Have been trying to make a claim for my Everest windows and front door since the beginning of October, their online claims process dose not work, sent them feedback, which was not good. Received an email from them saying they were sorry that I had experienced problems with their online claims process and that they would send the claim forms via post, still waiting for them to arrive! Tried phoning the number on their email, 'for urgent enquiries' got a message, "the voice mail for this number is full, goodbye". I have even emailed copies of the warranties to them and still got no where. Have just emailed them again informing them that if I do not hear from them by 30 October 2020 I will be taking legal action against them, but I do not hold much hope that either they, or indeed the legal system will do anything to help. They seem to be as reliable as Everest, 'one big con'. Just got ripped off by Everest and now by Installsure as well. Trouble is, all the installers seem to use the same company, this one. Just one big con!
Ha ha. Safestyle uses these. Received my documents yesterday and hoped this morning to make a claim for my faulty installation through Installsure. Apparently one of the conditions for a claim is that the company your grievance is against has gone ceased trading!

Had an extensive triple glazing install by Everest. Issues were scheduled for rectification but appointment was cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions. Seeking a further appointment, found that Everest had gone into administration. Claimed under Installsure warranty, but claim denied as partly paid (20%) by credit card.
This company will find any excuse to fob you off and avoid paying. Read your Installsure contract carefully to ensure that they will not be able to exclude your claim. There are enough exclusions for them to exclude almost any claim.
Essentially their guarantee is worthless.
