Bought a car off this company less than a year ago . It had advisories on MOT for Worn PADS and Discs . Said I’d buy car if PADS and discs where repaired . Company sold me car with a new MOT . No advisories . Discs and pads on the car are badly worn . Have not been changed . Company just argues they have been but obviously not and I should have brought it up earlier . I did before I actually signed for car . I’ll be posting the photos of the condition of the so called replaced pads and car .

As stated the vehicle had done 22000 miles since previous years MOT

The advisories were on the previous MOT for worn discs and Pads. The pads were right down to the discs . The discs were badly worn . I’ve had the car less than a year .

The mechanic struggle to get them off.

When I bought the car the salesman said all the pads and discs would be done .

They weren’t because I’ve just had to have all of the discs and pads replaced

I called to discuss this and straight away was told . Well they must of been done to pass the MOT

The car was sold to me with worn discs and pads

The previous MOT had advisories . So weren’t replaced for that MOT and obviously not in that year . Or at point of purchase .

First words from your office where well it’s tough They were ok we had them done. So yes it is either yourselves or the garage because I’ve just had to replace all the pads and discs on the vehicle and I’ve not even had it a year.

The response below is expected same patronising tone as on the phone .

I’ll take the messages on WhatsApp from the salesman stating the brakes have been replaced . And forward you the state the actual brakes where in .

As for swearing your attitude was ha ha tough you bought it now . From the first phone call.

In own words below . The car has done 22000 miles since a previous MOT and advisories . That’s 11000 a year . Would you expect all 4 pads and discs to be worn down to the discs if they’d been replaced between then ? Come on.

I knew the car had advisories for brakes . When I checked online before purchase . I’d asked for brakes to be done prior to purchasing . I’ve still got the WhatsApp messages stating they would be and I assumed ( my mistake to trust a dealer I suppose) by it having a new MOT and you stating they where done that they where.
And call after sales? . I tried a few times and was told they must of been done so tough .

from the very start of the process corey took the time to explain everything carefully to me, took his time to make sure the deal was right for me. took a lot of back and forth but he made sure everything went smoothly and got the best possible outcomes. went above and beyond what i had expected and i'm more than happy with the outcome! i am very greatful for all the time and effort corey put into helping me find a car. i was ready to give up was difficulties but corey didn't give up and kept going and made sure that i was happy in the end i got my car!! These guys are brilliant. I got a car from them few years ago and absolutely nothing wrong with it till this day. My sister had car from them and hers is all in working order so I decided to treat myself and upgrade this year so I decided to go with them again and the service is excellent from start to finish. Charles was great in accommodating in finding the right vehicle for me and made the process painless all the way through. I would highly recommend them to all family and friends.
