Have used InstaSwap via SwapZone a good number of times, with no issues at all.
Recently I made a swap, and my transaction got held up so didn't arrive within the allotted time. I contacted support, and they replied promptly and resolved my issue, completing the transfer manually.
It's nice to know that there's a human there to respond to any issues or questions if anything were to ever go wrong. And I was super thankful that no funds were lost

They are trustworthy, but the gas fees and such are hidden so i dont know how much i lost in the transactions. But i dont think it was that much. Did solana to bnb which are not possible decentraliced, so this was a super easy way to do it. Very happy

Exchange of flux to trx. The exchange is frozen, the flux is on their wallet, all confirmations have passed, only they don’t want to send me trx. In the end was left without coins. The support is silent, the tickets are unanswered, in social networks they are also silent.
