InstaSwap is an instant crypto exchange built on decentralized infrastructure. Swap, trade spot, and trade perpetuals across 17 blockchains!
It's when things go wrong that we really see who we are dealing with, and after a few clean swaps there was a liquidity issue that cause a problem. The InstaSwap support team was always present and solved everything in under 24 hours. Absolutely recommended

Expected it will be harder, but swapping money was pretty much easy here. Company takes fee, but that fee isn't too high.

For beginners it is not so easy, sometimes you cannot BUY only exchange.
But it is the best for vitae token

TLDR: InstaSwap can freely take money from anyone who doesn't send their most sensitive personal information, charge hidden fees for refunds, and make the process really slow with no support. There is no reason to use them when there are tons of other swap services like SimpleSwap, Changelly, ChangeNow, FixedFloat, or ChangeHero which I've had no issues with.
I found InstaSwap on SwapSpace - the best ZCash to Bitcoin deal, by a tiny amount. The whole purpose was to take advantage of a temporary high "bubble" ZCash price.
I set up the trade, gave the ZCash, and ... nothing. My ZCash was sent to the correct address and I received no Bitcoin.
After several hours I asked SwapSpace support. Apparently, InstaSwap selected me for KYC. I'd used the exact same wallet on another swap platform just the day prior with no issue. I provided an email address and got the KYC link.
The price of ZCash is volatile. I asked SwapSpace about refund options, and they said either completing the exchange or a refund of my ZCash were possible after KYC, and to contact InstaSwap.
I contacted InstaSwap and mentioned I'd like "the original ZEC returned to m[y] wallet address if possible". (Note my exact wording. I specifically said "original ZCash" and "if possible".)
I never heard from InstaSwap at this point, and my funds are hostage until I send a copy of my passport to some random overseas company.
The KYC process allowed uploading just a single image, a specific orientation that can't be a scan. About an hour after I got the photo uploaded, I refreshed and found a message claiming it was too blurry even though I could read it just fine. I took several more photos and selected the best. They rejected that because I put "Matt" instead of "Matthew" for my full name. I had to keep refreshing their site even though they had my email.
Without confirmation on the irreversible transaction (nor mention of any fee), I get a short email I'm "refunded successfully". The ZCash rate was still high so I thought, at least if I have the ZCash back I can trade them on another service right away. But I check my wallet, no funds, and prices are falling.
After sending another email for clarification, they sent a blockchain explorer link for a transaction for less ZCash than I paid, to a random wallet address that I don't recognize.
After another follow up, InstaSwap recommends checking with SwapSpace about the wallet address, and checking their terms and conditions "for these specific cases".
Their terms state they "may" "in their discretion" charge a percentage "as compensation for any costs occurred for InstaSwap for the refunding procedure". Aside from "occurred for" being an obvious typo, I have no way of knowing they'll charge a discretionary fee, and it's supposed to compensate "occurred" costs. ZCash transactions cost <0.0000192 ZCash. ~50,000 times less than the ZCash they took.
SwapSpace sends the ZCash to my wallet, but InstaSwap is basically not responding to multiple polite respectful messages. The ZCash price is nothing spectacular anymore, so I missed out by this time.
In the end, it takes not just putting together a masterpiece of warm bubbly praise, but also contacting SwapSpace to assist, in order that InstaSwap doesn't keep the entire 1 ZCash they felt they're entitled to for providing no service by their own choice.
I don't know what SwapSpace said to them, but the next message was "Dear Matt", the whole incident was blames on their AML officer, and they have "refunded the amount that left to be refunded". This comes through SwapSpace back to my wallet.
Of course, they only returned 0.9 ZCash. When I asked about the last 0.1, they said I need to "keep in mind that there are network costs etc". Network costs, as we established, are 0.0000192 ZCash.
The best I could determine after following up for days, is that the 0.1 ZCash is "charged via a third party". They've got a provider who gouges them somewhere, and pass that on to me.
After no reply to my emails for over a week now I finally gave up on getting that back.
In the end, I had a lot of stress, many hours of wasted time, missed an amazing trading opportunity that it turns out was worth thousands of dollars, and they enforce that for this entertaining service experience I owe them 0.1 ZCash.
But at least I can avoid them, warn others, and post a review. That's easily costing them much more than 0.1 ZCash in lost profit. Hope their policy is worth it!
This was still a cheap lesson when they could have not returned anything. There are tons of others that I have had great or decent experiences with like SimpleSwap, Changelly, ChangeNow, FixedFloat, or ChangeHero - all of whom made way more than 0.1 ZCash in profit from my trading already and provided a great swap service many times.

Did a few swaps on InstaSwap and was pleased with the rate, timing, and customer assistance. The only improvement I can think of is I would like the rate I paid to be included and displayed at the end of my transaction.

Good DEX swap to use. I had an issue with one of my transactions and their support is really good!

After becoming familiar with the platform, it's quick, easy and smooth. Customer Service was great at helping me understand the platform...not because it's difficult, but so streamlined compared to centralized exchanges it took a tiny bit to get used to. Transparent with no hidden fees.

I swapped Doge for Redd seamlessly. Lifesavers. They're the only crypto swap service that gave me Redd. Also the only that asked for a refund address just in case - that's nice. Transfer to my wallet happened as soon as they received my Doge without delay. I wish I had found this site earlier I'd be a billionaire right now, LOL. One thing though - a mobile app would be nice although the site works perfectly

I placed a transaction 2 days ago via swapzone.io. Transaction is stuck even though the deposit went through more than a day ago, and I don't know why. I tried submitting a support request, but the form just keeps saying I have to fill out the required fields even though everything is filled out. Pasting the transaction number in the track transaction field at the bottom of the page doesn't work either. So no way to know what is going on with my money. ...

I have used InstaSwap.io a half a dozen times with a small issue of my bitcoin payment not being received in the one hour time limit. Their support handled this almost immediately. Prices on the swap also was an average price of what the current exchange had which I did not have an account. I will certainly use them again if I am in the need.

Wish the exchange rate was better, but the exchange process itself is good.
