It has been 10 hours since I swapped my tokens and I still have not received my btc. I emailed customer service and they said everything was fine. I don't understand what is taking so long. I'm feeling like I'm being ripped off. I hope this is all a misunderstanding because I have never waited to wait so long after making an exchange.

This is something that we do not have control over. Confirmations on the Bitcoin network had a huge delay over the last few days.

Instaswap.io is legit and trustworthy platform to swap your coins without any hassles. Just send your coin and get your coin that's it. It is easy to use and all things are user friendly. I give one less star because of it's fees. For swaping your coins you have to pay much higher fees on this platform. My assets cost is around 247$ and i got just 180$ . Around 70$ fees are dedicated.

Although, you have to keep in mind that network fees are being applied to your side and those are not affiliated with us but with our exchange provider. Always do your research and choose a different pair when you see that for example, BTC network fees are high.

So good experience. But Eth to Krl wasn't working. Only Btc to Krl was working. So I paid a little bigger fee. I hope they make Eth to Krl work sooner.

Works as expected. No problems.
Swapped about 1000EUR in two transactions without any problems. Duration to complete a transaction is based on the networks. Mine took about 30 minutes each. Fee is acceptable as of writing this review.

InstaSwap helped me when I didn't know how...
Although I didn't know what I was doing the first few times I attempted to swap currencies, the support team at InstaSwap was able to help me out. They answered my help request and sent a video link that taught me how to do the transaction. (I was leaving out a step!) I was able to complete the transaction after that, and it happened in a very reasonable amount of time, less than 10 minutes. I will continue to use InstaSwap and recommend it to friends!
