I had a delayed transfer experience however it was not the fault of Instaswap. What extremely delighted me was that Instaswap was willing to solve the issue from their side and was very responsive to my comments.

This was my second transaction after my first transaction was perfect! The transaction failed and I did not receive an immediate refund. I created a ticket, and then sent an email to the support staff. Within 2 minutes the fund completed the transfer and I had a response from the support team explaining that it had failed was due to an excessive amount of time for the btc to transfer to the exchange. In the end, I was not only confident, but truly trust INSTASWAP for all my alt coin exchanges! Try them out, I highly recommend them! 👍

So I decided to give Instaswap a chance because their process looked super easier compared to the other options I was looking at and their fees were also better. Everything went smoothly up until the new currency had a failed transaction to my wallet. I panicked thinking "I'm screwed", so I emailed them also thinking I was going to get a reply days later if not at all. But to my surprise, they replied almost instantly and resent the currency ASAP, and the rest was history. Due to the nature of the currency I was swapping the wallet had to be actively open so that was my fault. If It wasn't for my stupidity, the whole process would have taken about 15mins. Long story short; Fees-good, customer service-awesome, ease of use-awesome, speed-great.

I am happy with the service I got from Instaswap since it was the first time I didn't know how to send the exact BTC so I sent it a different amount and that led to some confusion.

After raising the ticket with the entire information asked for we were asked to give two more details that's the reason I have given for stars only as I had to write again with the two additional details sought for.
My suggestion is that for raising a ticket you should include these two details also so that it in one go automatically, after submitting all details during raising the ticket only, the issue gets resolved.

The additional info ask for later wasn't stated anywhere at the time of raising the ticket.

I had to make a quick swap for another crypto and the process was fast and easy. It took a little long due to the fact that I used Bitcoin. I would advise XRP or something that transfers fast if possible.
