I bought the hot tub cover and jacket a couple of weeks ago as our smart meter shot up from £2 a day with our normal gas and electricity usage to £5 or £6 immediately when putting up the inflatable hot tub. Based on previous reviews I thought it would be a good investment. Straight away our smart meter showed huge improvements and even with the cold dips to -1 at night and heavy winds, the cost has gone down to £3.50 max per day including our normal gas and electricity usage (roughly £1.50 a day for the hot tub) and we are able to use the hot tub once or twice a day again. Delivery was quick and efficient and the person who took my call with questions was very helpful so highly recommend Insulation and More.

Excellent hot tub cover. Has massively reduced heat loss and also looks to be well constructed. Delivery took about a week - but all is good.

I bought a cover for the Helsinki hottub. An absolutely brilliant find. Can't recommend this product enough. Great quality and speedy service too. Superb. Of the insulation cover, really great quality and perfect fit. Prior to purchasing the cover we were having to turn our tub down after use otherwise the heater element was on all the time. Overnight the tub would drop from 39c to 31-32c. This meant a daily use was using 8 hours electricity minimum. With the cover we see the temp only drops down from 39c to 37c in 16hours overnight. This now means daily use only needing a top up and 2hours electricity use.

Can't fault the product I bought (hot tub insulation wrapper) or the service. I would definitely recommend Insulation More.

Ordered hot tub jacket to help with insulation.
Gives option when order it to get updates via shop app so was kept informed of when the item was dispatched and then received message advising date it would be delivered.
Immediate saving on electricity bills and fits perfect round tub.
Noticed the straps had been secured on the wrong way at manufacture and called company who immediately agreed this was an error and are sending out replacement which I will receive within 2 working days and will collect one have.
Great service and have already recommended to someone else.

Great thermal hot tub blanket. Can feel the difference really quickly in that it traps warmth between the tub and blanket. Additionally tub is already many degrees warmer this morning as I switch off at night after use.
It fitted perfectly and looks great.
Delivery was on time within the notified window and well protected in the box

I bought a an insulation cover for my hot tub in Nov. I discovered that some of the stitching was coming away from the strap. I contacted Bleddyn who had my cover uplifted and replaced in a very short space of time. He couldn’t have been more helpful. I got a brand new cover because it was a fault. Great service. Thanks. Highly recommend.

Excellent Product and Service.

I ordered a Insulated Jacket and Lid for my Lay-Z-Spa, the package arrived very quickly and was very well packed.

The Insulation certainly does the job, and I've already noticed a decrease in my electricity usage even with the freezing temperatures we currently had, so I expect that this will pay for itself within the year.

I did have a problem with a support pole that had fractured on the thread, however my email was very promptly dealt with and a replacement pole dispatched that day.

All in all I cant fault the product or the customer service I've received.

Ordered a cover as a birthday gift. Never showed up in time for their birthday and was left waiting 4 weeks for delivery which I can understand with everything going on with covid but then it was the wrong size that they sent. Told me they would get someone out to me by the end of the week with a replacement. Nobody showed up and no communication from them. Yet to see what the product is like but their service hasn’t been the best

I purchased a hot-tub wrap and cover from them on 14th Jan. There was a slight delay in shipping due to staff shortages but I was kept up to date and recived the item on 1st of Feb. 1 day after the intial stated delivery day. Cover is very thick and waterproof. Also has a great feature that doesn't come with most of a metal fram in the lid which stops water gathering on the top. Highly recomended.

I bought the whole cwtchy cover package for my lazy spa back in November. The service and quality of the product delivered was brilliant. My electric bills have gone down £40 a month since using it - amazing!!! Such a great product and lovely customer service. Thank you 😊

Bought hot tub insulation jacket. Really good product, well made, good fit. Given four stars due to lack of communication once ordered. No estimated delivery date sent. Couldn’t get update on my order due to company’s phone number and email not working. Wrote bad review on trustpilot after which I got a phone call from James. He was very polite and apologetic. Unfortunately they had major problems with their phones and emails. He gave me a delivery date and goods arrived on the day. In all, excellent product did come within 7 - 10 day delivery.

I would give them zero, but are unable to, I have sent them several emails and the delivery date has expired.
If they have problems they should contact you and say so!

Great product (Hot tub jacket and lid), best on the market and I was looking for a long time. Took a while to come, but was over Christmas, so was expected, just had to be patient.

I ordered a hut tub pump jacket on 8th Jan, mony has come out of my account, I had no confirmation email, I've emailed them twice with no response, and they are currently not taking calls! Feel I may have been scammed!

With much deliberation I ordered from this company. And I was so surprised with the brilliant customer service and quality of the product. Very happy and would give 6 stars if I could. Thank you again for saving me money every month.

Ordered a hot tub jacket for our Lazy Spa (Las Vegas) to help save on the electricity bill and it has not disappointed! We have the top and the side isolation. It has not only saved us a small fortune (therefore it’ll pay for itself) it has enhanced the look of the spa too. Will be getting the egg jacket to complete the set. Really pleased with the professionalism and customer service. I will be recommending this company to all my hot tub owning friends.
