Package never arrived due some…
The package never arrived due to some unexpected situation in the Swansea area. Well. Not the best experience when you pay for a next day delivery a premium and you do not get a package with in 7 days. The customer service replied (a good thing) with a large font, pointing out a problem in my area. Swansea is where you are located, at least on your footer. So, sadly, my experience is terrible. I want to cancel the order as I received an identical product from Amazon. Seems like an unexpected problem in your area takes unexpected time to resolve. That is not an answer. We are just people, and things can go wrong sometimes, but discussing things is the key to solving them. That is missing here. Not sure. Maybe Swansea has an unexpected issue, and then things will go back to normal...
UPDATE:
Yes, communication is there. The DPD problem is in Swansea where you are located. Not my area.

Goods were dispatched on the 2nd of January, and we were unaware you did not receive your order until 8th of January when we received your email. We then opened an investigation and informed you that DPD had an Issue in your area as per the email sent to you yesterday. We contacted DPD again this morning and it seems they have lost your parcel…. Unfortunately, this is out of our hands, and we will refund you in full. GOOD SERVICE AND PRODUCT
Very helpful when I had problems ordering on their website though Safari (Firefox worked fine). Prompt delivery and good product (Armflex self sealing pipe insulation). I'll use them again. Be aware that the surfaceof the insulation is easy to snag if you are fitting next to brickwork.
