My wife has just taken delivery of the insulation boards. Order Number #2218. This morning you emailed us and informed us that they would be from a third-party supplier but did not stock Celotex boards. Therefore, you offered us an alternative brand Mannock PIR a like for like product with the same thermal performance. I accepted this change believing they would be the same high-quality product as the Celotex boards. However, on arrival , they were grubby, the foil damaged ,and the corners are broken, furthermore they look as if they have been in storage for a long time. and not brand new. As these boards will be on display It's not the quality I expect from a company which has such good reviews. Therefore, Iam asking for them to be returned and suitable replacements redelivered. I attached photos in my email

first class service from my first phone call to the delivery driver who helped unload in the rain

Delivery came on time. Average pricing, so no issue with that. Delivery driver unhelpful, poor customer service, very rude, and confrontational. ISD Ltd use SIG insulation for delivering/supplying the insulation you order online through their website. SIG’s customer relations are poor to say the least!!!

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered from Insulation Supplies Direct.
They’re very very good!
Telephone customer service excellent. Trucks arrive when they’re supposed to.

Ordered insulation all paid just to be told a week later they cannot deliver, honestly? My postcode identifies where I am immediately, if there isn't a delivery option the order shouldn't be processed.
This resulted in a lost job.

Competitive Price, prompt delivery. It would of helped if I had been notified when they were going to deliver, but they called when they got to site and the very helpful driver used his truck forklift to position the goods exactly where I wanted them.
Paid by Paypal, but a bit of a pain getting a VAT receipt.
