I was worried at first as I had never used this company before, but everything has been spot on from ordering to delivery.
The delivery driver was amazing, my shop is on a main road with minimal parking so he waited until a space came available close to my shop so I didn’t have to carry them far (give him a pay rise 😀)

Kingspan Insulation
When there is a big price difference between companies on insulation you wonder if the price quoted is correct or perhaps it’s not the correct product. This company provided the right product, was cheapest by far, delivered on time and customer service was excellent.

The Customer obviously matters to this Company.
Ordering was easy and the delivery was on time, unfortunately one of the items was incorrect 11 6ftx3ft plasterboards instead of 8ftx4ft plasterboards. The driver apologised and rang the depot straight away and a the correct items were delivered less than two hours later.

The delivery arrived on the day they stated and within the window given. Although this wasn't the day I'd specified when given the options at ordering.
The driver was pleasant and helpful with unloading.
However the insulation and plasterboard has been loaded very badly and had fallen all over the lorry. This was not the drivers fault and we ended up spending quite a while restacking everything before we could offload. Some of the plasterboard corners were damaged and quite a few of the insulation sheets had chunks taken from them. This did not matter in our installation so I took no further action but it's worth mentioning.
I would use them again despite the above.

Once again great prompt delivery
Despite a an increase of 8% since last order three weeks ago, and a minimum free delivery now £350 v £300, I used this company again. Delivery made within two days and helpful driver placed pallet exactly inside garage where required. Prices still competitive so will use for final order in due course.
