In a very desperate time I was advised to speak to a loss assessor who would alleviate the stress of dealing with an insurance claim. I researched online and came across Salmon Assessors (via Martin Lewis’ website) I submitted my enquiry at around 11.59pm after having to vacate my inhabitable home due to a burst pipe (I was renting) Jeffrey called me straight away and I couldn’t believe how kind and supportive he was, to take the time out of his evening to help me. His advice was honest and clear and we now had a clearer plan in how to tackle the next few very difficult and stressful days. While he wasn’t able to take on our case, I’ll be forever grateful to Jeff for his on-call support. Highly recommend !

Superb response and service from Salmon Assessors. I phoned over the Christmas period expecting to leave a message - but my call was answered immediately. Then apologizing for the inappropriate date and time of my call I suggested we speak at a more convenient time. This was ignored and I was urged to explain my insurance claim issue. Having then been advised it would probably not be financially viable for a loss assessor to manage my claim officially - they offered to give me assistance free of charge! A great explanation of the claims process and excellent advice on how I should proceed. This was the sort of response I would hope to receive from a trusted friend - most unexpected to receive it from a commercial business. I'm beyond grateful to them.

I had to make a claim with Hastings insurance, due to a leak in the kitchen. after two very low settlement offers I decided to contact Salmon Assessors.
When I called I was very fortunate to speak to a very senior member of the team. The gentlemen gave me some very invaluable advice on how to proceed in dealing with the mentioned insurance company, so much so he so very kindly emailed me a very articulate draft letter in response to there low settlement offers, this has given me much more confidence in getting my claim settled, but should that not be the case Salmon Assessor assured me they would be happy to help in any way. Called to ask for an assessment of damage due water leakage in my house. Gary took my call. He was very knowledgeable, kind and considerate in helping me. He asked very pertinent questions to get a clear understanding of my problem, provided unbiased and very helpful assessment of my situation and patiently answered all my questions and provided very clear recommendations. Phoned Salmon Assessors ahead of a Loss Adjusters visit for a domestic Building Insurance claim. They were quick to answer and gave helpful and comprehensive advice about how to progress our claim and prepare for the visit.

I needed advice on a mains pipe burst which caused largescale damage around my property. I was put forward by a friend and I must say the honest advice was perfect for my situation. Salmon were very open about what I needed and actually advised in my situation only there advice was needed and this really helped me with my claim and they also said to call anytime if I needed an update on advice.
