I had an excellent experience with Insurance Revolution, particularly with Lucy Dale, who was extremely patient, professional and helpful throughout.
Lucy took the time to understand the situation properly and, most importantly, took control of the matter and dealt directly with the underwriters to get everything sorted.

She kept things moving and made what could have been a very stressful process much easier.

Her communication, patience and willingness to go the extra mile were genuinely appreciated. It’s clear that Lucy takes pride in helping her customers and making sure issues are properly resolved.

A big thank you to Lucy for her outstanding customer service.

She is a real credit to Insurance Revolution. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service
