Insureandgo was a recommended product by Senior Australia and I have used it before. I went to your website to get a quote but did buy on the day a returned the next day and the price was about $130.00 more expensive. I only used your product because of the recommendation of Senior Australia.l know no one will read this and provide me with an explanation but it is worth a try.

Unfortunately i had an accident whilst overseas, my claim was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

I’ve used InsureandGo twice now, and both times they’ve offered excellent coverage at a great price. I especially value the additional natural disaster cover — I came close to needing it during a trip to Vietnam last year. Thankfully I didn’t, but it gave me real peace of mind knowing I was protected.

I’ve just taken out another policy for my trip to Egypt, and I feel confident travelling with their unlimited cancellation cover. That feature alone is the main reason I continue to choose InsureandGo. So far, they’ve been reliable, easy to deal with, and great value for money.

Great value policy and Australian call centre which makes it very easy to modify details or make changes.

I can delete items such as snow activities and dangerous activities.

I set up an internet account with InsureandGo but am unable to login into it. When I rang and requested why I was told the Internet account was not required as all enquiries needed to start again as information was not transferable from history to a new quote!!! Not very useful.

I had no idea of what was required for travel insurance. This is our first Cruise ever at the young age of 77. The young man who so patiently assisted me through the process was absolutely professional.

The insurance plan is simple to understand when purchasing although I have used this company many times and their policies are starting to get expensive.

It was a simple process online. The policy covered everything we needed and more. The price beat all other quotes I looked at by quite a bit.

Hi Guys, we are about to embark on our first northern Queensland cruise for eight nights. As we are in our sixties all our friends advised us to get travel insurance. We checked out many different companies but chose insure and go as their website was easy to navigate and was very professional. Hopefully we have no issues on our trip but I’m confident insure and go will take good care of us.

I have had good experiences in my dealings with InsureandGo. A claim for windscreen replacement on a hire car was settled promptly. My recent nee to cancel a policy on the very last day of the cooling off period was also handled quickly and efficiently. InsureandGo is my first choice for travel insurance.
