Very slow payment of claim
Submitted claim online.Straightforward claim for onboard medical expenses.Claim approved pretty quickly Was told money to be paid into our bank account within 5 to 10 working days.Nothing received after 10 working days.Rang them.Was told they would contact their accounts dept and claims handler would ring me back.Another two days passed so emailed them that I would be making a complaint.Claims handler then rang me to say problem was in accounts dept and I would receive payment within another 5 working days.Only 1 day left of those 5 days and still nothing.Looks like an official complaint.For a supposed online company things take longer than old fashioned mail where paying out money is concerned.It is only for about $80.

Travel insurance for an overseas trip
We required travel insurance for an overseas trip. Insure & Go was recommended by neighbours, so we included this company as an option. Our full review of their PDS made their provisions clear and they were competitive against other online quotes.

I would not purchase insurance from…
I would not purchase insurance from this company ever again. After our bags were stolen during a trip to South Africa, I made a claim as we had over $2k worth of valuable and sentimental items stolen. But because the items were not in the boot of the car, they were stolen from the middle sear (despite the car still being lock), they refused our claim. Absolutely ridiculous.
Update: I have provided my details and policy number to confirm this is a legitimate review. I have also already made an official complaint with the company.
After using this company since 2017, it is incredibly disappointing.

Great Value Travel Insurance
My daughter travels a lot and always buys her travel insurance with you so she got me a quote and I wa very happy with the result , I think the staff are very nice especially Sandy such a lovely lady we had a few laughs on the phone and talked about a family member we lost that meant the world to us . Such a down to earth person, it was a very good experience dealing with your Company and because I do a lot of cruising I will be happy to do business with you again.
not good travel insurance company
Insured for travel in July and had a medical condition since 2015. Rang in January and mentioned had treatment for this condition. It is not life threatening, but they cancelled travel insurance. They advertise that they insure people up to 100 years old with pre existing conditions. would not recommend at this time

I purchased this travel insurance last Europe trip and purchased it again. One of the most affordable insurances, easy to understand and provides plenty of discounts

Consultant was helpful and friendly and the process was simple and easy. Cheapest travel insurance of all the quotes I requested. I have a pre existing condition and insure and go covered it without any problems.

Natural Disaster cover doesn't cover natural disaster events according to InsureandGo
My family and I recently completed an overseas trip, we had purchased a travel insurance policy with added Natural Disaster coverage from InsureandGo a few weeks before departure. Our trip was impacted by a natural disaster, so we claimed for the accommodation expenses incurred due to this event, our claim was denied as we were "not covered for a travel delay".
Why provide coverage for a natural disaster at all if you then deny claims attributed to a natural disaster.
Update: InsureandGo contacted me via phone to discuss my review. They stuck to the narrative that Natural Disaster coverage is only applicable to your level of cover.....weasal words. If that's the case, clearly define on the "add-on" page what is covered and not covered with each option, as the current wording does not sufficiently broadcast the limitations. As things stand, the Natural Disaster add-on coverage seems to be nothing more than a way to extract extra money from people.
When an event occurs and you need support, don't count on InsureandGo to be there for you.
