Fantastic Service and Outstanding Staff

I dealt with Adam Smith. Nothing was too much trouble, Adam bent over backwards for me and talked me through everything, he stayed on the phone for 2 hours sorting things with me and when things got a bit complicated he called me back when he said he would and managed to get me sorted the same day. Thank you so much Adam, I really appreciate everything you did for me to keep me on the road.

Quick and Simple, will use again in future.

I came through with my Quote from a 3rd part website, and the set up was handled by Ehab Tayea, the entire process from start to finish was very quick and simple. Ehab was incredibly attentive and helpful with finding the best policy for me. 100% would recommend to all.

I had a great experience all the way…

I had a great experience all the way through. From the sales team to the broker. Very helpful team made the experience easier to handle as these things give me major anxiety, I’m always worried something will go wrong.

Honestly really helpful service

Really helpful & quick. Recommended. Got an online quote, was referred to broker, usually goes up a bit and then is finalised with breakdown & other add-ons like excess protection. Originally I was being offered a 3k excess but they managed to get it down to £650. Many finance options available to spread the cost. All advisors I have spoken to seemed polite & friendly. Can see a lot of bad reviews on here which scares me a little as I hope they’ll be as helpful during the claims process. So far, so good. Will update my review if all goes to s**t :)

Good discount offered

Good discount offered. The excess on a 3.5 yr old driver was 3000. Totally unbelievable but ones offered the cheapest premium and went for it. Excess protection insurance a must with this policy.

Very rude staff who handled my online…

Very rude staff who handled my online insurance quote, I instantly decided not to go ahead and told the operator, I do not want to continue, so after an hour another staff from same company called me to ask if I'm still looking for the cover and I said "no"

excellent service

The advisor that dealt with my quote Who goes by the name of Aysha, had top quality customer service and answered any questions I had very efficiently Also assisted me very well and done her best to get me the best deal on my policy and actually managed to get me a quote that matched my affordability, I was very happy with this service and I hope this advisor’s customer service skills does not go unnoticed.

the worst company in the world

The worst company I ever seen. They charge you for everything,for changing of adress 50£, I paid deposit 250£, which they didn't refunded it, and when I wanted to cancel my insurance they charged me with 1150£, really? The answer was because you cancel we don't care you have to pay. I have a car accident when they even didn't recover my car which was undriveble and then they still took money from my account for one more month
Why I should pay my insurance if i don't use that car anymore, or if I want to cancel I have to pay 1100£?
I don't recommend this company to noone, and still customer service are very rude when you want an explanation, they don't know the rules of company they just charge you for cancellation and that's it. Really bad service. Do not trust "Insure your motor".
